Favourite Rougelike will have to go to Dungeon Crawl:Stone Soup, I just keep comming back for more. Close seconde is Dungeons of Dreadmore, it has some nice humor and feels more alive, but its pretty easy by rougelike standards.

Hmm I actually do this from time to time, but only when I have just built a new deck or tweked an olde one. Somtimes it is easier to see the weakness in a deck when you are playing "against" it.
