Wolves in the Throne Room: I will lay down my bones, Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog, Queen of the Borrowed Light, etc. A lot of their songs are 10+ minutes long.

Pink Floyd are the kings of writing long songs. These are my favourites:

Shine on you Crazy Diamond (there's two parts, part one is my favourite, but it's actually one 25 minute song)
Dogs
Pigs
Sheep(those 3 songs are all off the same album, "Animals", I highly recommend it)

And then, of course, there is "Echoes". At 23 minutes, I consider it to be Pink Floyd's greatest musical achievement; it's surreal. I'm actually going to go listen to it now!

i know, a 3 part song is cheating really, but it was released as a whole song
they played this live as an encore, when i was alreay tired and wanted to GO HOME
looking at some of the others here, it may not be your thing, and while it is 16mins, id rather it was 3 seperate songs, because i only listen to part 1 then click next
it does sound cool though

Explosions in the Sky- Six Days at the Bottom of the Ocean is 9:54 on youtube if you don't mind instrumental. Goodbye Sky Harbor(Jimmy Eat World) was originally 16 mins long, but the longest on youtube is just under 10 min. If you look up Kraftwerk you should be able to find some 10+ songs. They have a couple if you can find the originals.
