2011: Do we have a good gaming year ahead of us?

I've been looking into some games coming out this year, and I gotta say I'm pretty darn impressed with what's planned. Skyrim, Crysis 2, (probably) Diablo 3, Pokemon B/W, Portal 2 etc. all look really quite something. So I'm just wondering what all you guys think of upcoming releases this year, is it looking good in your eyes?

The others will be TF3 and L4D3. XD I have a feeling it won't be HL2:episode 3/HL3.

Hm... looks good to me so far. I just hope they all come out on time and don't get delayed too much.

Also, when will a NEW StarFox game be announced? I miss those games so much.

I think gamers will be very pleased with 2011, probably for rpg fans, with those sequels coming from franchises like Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and the Witcher. But I ain't a hardcore rpg guy so those games don't concern me. The one I'm looking forward first is actually the apocalyptic racing game, Motorstorm Apocalypse.

If Duke Nukem Forever (my most anticipated game of 2011) actually comes out, I would say the year would definitely be a solid year for gaming. Even if it doesn't there is still MvC3, Portal 2, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, and a ton of others that I'm really looking forward to.

On a more indie note, two RTS/FPS hybrids are coming out sometime during Q1, and I hope they manage execute those properly enough for it to be recognized by the masses.

On a more mainstream note, Pokemon B/W, Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls, Portal 2, whatever else Valve releases, and Zelda: Skyward Sword.

One of them better be L4D3. I liked the first two but if a game can't last long without DLC then adding DLC is just very inadequate life-support.

Zelda, Pokemon, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Portal 2, Duke Nukem Forever, The 3DS. This isn't even HALF of the awesome stuff that's coming out this year. I say YES, it will be a good year for gaming.

Maybe. If Diablo 3 is released this year then yes. Other than that I am also looking forward to SWTOR and Dragon Age 2. Some of the Diablo clones could also have the potential to be a positive surprise, though I am not holding my breath on that. Oh yea and Deus Ex Human Revolutions!

Uncharted 3, Killzone 3, Warhammer: Space Marine, DiRT 3 just off the top of my head. Theres literally dozens of great games this year that I can't even remember but know I want.
