Guns are always available and forever will be. Crack is illegal, but its still available, heroin is illegal but still available what makes guns any different? YOu might as well have the right to protect yourself.corroded said:

If the crook thought that someone might kill him if he robbed someone do you think that he would have robbed someone? Why would he risk getting his brains spattered on the surrounding walls. What makes whatever the person he is robing worth robing is not worth the robbers own life. Assuming hes not insane he will know this and not leave his life up to chance.
Because the guns are now gone, law abiding citizens have turned them in and are now left with the option of dying or fighting and dying or turning over your property to an asshole who has no right to your property.
