Oh, don't feel picked on. I'd love to attack all of them, but sadly I think that would result in some posting infractions. If you want a specific reason as to why I chose your post, it's the "I have no sympathy for fat people" that was completely unwarranted, since the fat person in the OP was 3 years old and deserves your sympathy.

This time I bolded the parts of your post I have problems with, to make it easier on you. The second one belies your resentment that the first one tries to hide.
Perhaps its because my hayfever has flared up and makes me feel like my face is going to rip apart, but I did word those parts more strongly than I liked. I apologise. The kid has my pity, but its swallowed up in anger at the parents.

As for other fat people, I am resentful because I don't see why they should get preferential treatment. So...I suppose I am more irritated at those who make the rules than those they apply to.
I don't know what preferential treatment you're talking about, but I'd be curious to hear it.

He reminds me a bit of that baby in Spirited Away

Well dammit I'm not going to sleep tonight.

OT:This strikes me as sad and the kid just looks pathetic. Though just saying if George Lucas ever needs Jabba the Hutt to have a son this kid would be a dead ringer.

Okay, thank you for that, that will keep me amused for the rest of the day.

...His eyes have actually been lost in the folds an adipose layer. I thought that only happened in descriptive passages in Victorian fiction.

That page has several amusing things about it.

Firstly, a child that will never be able to whistle properly.

Secondly, I want to see him on a trampoline.

Thirdly, someone wrote a comment saying we should "send in NATO to protect this child".....oh dear.

THE desperate parents of a NINE STONE three-year-old have told how they can't make the giant toddler diet because they are scared of him.
Does it make me a horrible person if I laughed at that?
Depends on what kind of laughter.

Damm... that's heavier than me and I'm 18, I know raising children is harder than most those without kids think but seriously these parents have a problem if they can't tell their 3yo to stop eating that much.

Being overweight, I can sympathize with him. But, since I hate children, I'd smack that little brat upside the head until he dropped a hundred pounds.

I'd let him throw a tantrum. It would be good exercise, and chances are with how much he's struggling to get around, he'd wear himself out within a half hour.
