A Bull Ant

These things are very venomous, and can jump. Their bites can be incredibly lethal to humans if left untreated, and they'll probably attack you in sizeable swarms. They are large ants, and are 0.59 inches in length minimum. Their only real enemies are the Black ants, which while smaller, can use their superior numbers to overwhelm the bull ant. They are found only in Australia, and are to be avoided at all costs (although some crazy bastards risk getting bitten to study them.

The fact that I am terrified by insects is enough to make me fear these things. But since they're also venomous, and can jump... I don't think I'm ever going to Australia (I know they're only really founds in the forests and stuff, but they still scare the crap out of me, along with all the other deadly insects over there).

I'd say Black Mamba

or Russell's Viper.

The Mamba, because in addition to pumping a rhino's worth of venom in a single bite, it is very aggressive, and will try to bite you several times.
The Russell's because the bite is necrotic, and rots skin and muscle.

Great whites aren't that bad.

I'm gonna go for the Spitting Cobra, or rather I'm gonna run from the Spitting Cobra.

Y-... Yes... That is the very type of thing I am speaking of.

I hope that since 9/3/2003 all of them have since been gooshed with big-ole' shoes.

Why the hell do things that small need such powerful venom?

'forests and stuff'?

You realise that 'stuff' includes most suburbs, right?

We used to torment the wee bastards when we were kids... then we'd get bored, pour some kerosene down their hole and brew em up.

Oh, their are many animals I would not want to meet without bars between us. Almost any animal can be dangerous if it feels threatened, and sometimes you just can´t tell when that is going to be the case.
Hell, what could I do to scare a bear?
A lot apparently, since they mainly attack humans if frightened or startled.

But still the most dangerous creature is a human, after all. I think allmost any adult would have the least trouble actually killing me, seeing as they can use tools.

But still, the animal that most freakes me out is the Monkey. They have the most uncanny-valeyesk faces, and I always half expect them to be sentient because of this, but they are just as likely to tear you limb from limb for fun. And, also, this is a picture of an Orang Utan skull:

Do not want!

Jesus, I actually shook when I saw that thing. I can't imagine holding it.

I have absolutely no problem with bugs or spiders, but holding a giant fuzzy one like that? I'd be traumatized.

And when I first entered this thread first thing that came to mind was a Giant Squid.
