Look man, there really is no afterlife, you need to drop this whole dualist view of the universe, its childish and provably wrong. We are more like waveforms, an event in time and space, than a singular inviolate entity tethered to a similarly singular physical shape, and while this does not prove what happens after we die, it speaks volumes, and it seems wholy unlikely the universe will suuddenly shift the goalpoasts and let us exist for all eternity.

My question to everyone is what do you want to happen to you when you die?

Not what you THINK will happen to you, what you would WANT to happen to you.
Simple.
I don't want to die at all.
I like this life. It's kind of a pain in the ass sometimes, but it's not bad.
Yeah, but won't it get boring when you have to live through the second Dark Age after the nuclear holocaust?

I am agnostic. So i don't know, nor do i actually care.

If i have a afterlife, Then i'll have my entire afterlife to think of something.

If i don't then i don't.

Dammit, there better be some sort of cosmic retirement for the shitty human existance. I didn't get cheated out of years of my life to cancer to not deserve some sort of post-life compensation.

Not to mention the short amount of healthy active life NORMAL people get. Think about it: you're not really capable of autonamous existance till you're about 16, and your body starts to become 'older' when you hit 30, and REALLY starts to go to hell from 40 and onwards before dying at an average age of early 70's. But before that you suffer the indignitity of advanced old age where it's difficult to even walk and need supervision, and you're lucky if you can go to the bathroom by yourself and not be crazy with senility.

Isn't anyone else pissed at this? we only get around 20 years of concious physical peak before we start to go to shit, and longer lifespands don't mean a thing because all it does is give a longer amount of time to be old and feeble; more life but reduced quality of life.

If this is it, I'll be really pissed, and will have to take this up with the Universe's manager.

What? No!
That'll be the best time!

I'll get to murder indiscriminately and I won't have to serve a jail sentence if I get caught.
And since I can't die...
Hmmm... you do have a point...I'd still want to die at some point anyway... Wouldn't it be ironic spending your eternity trying to find a way to kill yourself, after all of the work you put into immortality?

I just want a city full of pizza places for an afterlife. Or reincarnation, as long as I got to pick what I would be.

I want to rot in the ground. The concept of having an infinite state of consciousness is terrifying.

It would be wasteful, at the very least.

That's usually the other way around.
I live dangerously?

If I die, I'd like my spirit to be in the same physical shape as I am, I'd like daily sexings and access to all great video games, past, present, and future.

When I die, I really want this life to have been all I had. No reincarnation, no paradise or damnation. Cold earth or a small urn, thanks.

I want to get reincarnated but keep all my memories of this life. That would be fun.

Maybe then, if I've been good, and the almighty one succumbs to the pressure to subscribe, I'll make it to the glorious Level 80 Nirvana.

Reicarnation'd be nice.
But at what speed do we reincarnate? I mean, do we come back as a russel viper, then a pit viper, then a gaboon viper, and you'll just be thinkin' "I'm just working my way through the viper family. It'll be 300 years before I get any legs". Or is it quite quick? Snail-Earwig-Human. Might even get your old job back. "Where've you been?" "Don't ask"

I don't believe in the (a?) soul, and that can make things a little depressing knowing that the only thing between you and death is a bit of electricity and a handful of chemicals. Mind you, if there is an afterlife, I'm going to be laughing on the other side of my face and no mistake.
