Appearance: Standing at 5ft 8, he is slim but his muscles are like bands of steel, standing out distinctively, his hair is short blonde and his eyes are a vivid green. He wears an ancient set of steel armour handed down from father to son over the decades. The cuirass?s design features a tower standing over the sea with an eye at the top. he wears his left arm in the armour but his right arm is bare, he wears a leather amour on his legs and feet to enable him to have plenty of movement. When in attendance of the King he wears a cloak made from the finest silk, the top edge lined by ermine fur and a his sword of office a ceremonial short sword, both were a gift from the king when he was named general of Lithia.
Weapons: A well balanced and fine short sword, handed down with the amour, a Trident and a compound bow.
Personality: Mattiaus was once a calm man, but after years of pirate raids he now has a short temper angered by the waste of life the pirates cause when his men and the civilians he protects fall to them. He knows each man in his army even if its just by face, he knows the name of every leader beneath him, down to the squad commanders. He is seen as soft because he would rather let an enemy surrender and save lifes than slaughter them, this is because he values his men for each of their strengths.
Operating Method: His army follow him because they revere him, he was one of them years ago and climbed the ranks. He understands the value of using each man for their own strengths. Due to this his Army is methodic and rarely loose many men in fights even when outnumbered.
Public View: The army love him they would follow them into the depths of hell if he asked. The public see him as a hero. The church know he?s a hero so tolerate his habit of ignoring them.

Appearance: Marcus is a tall, well muscled man for someone in his postion. His skin is slightly tan, and his hair is black and cut short. He has an ornate tatto that
runs across his entire body. He usually wears a black flowing cape, a formal black tunic (with gold trim) and black pants with leather boots. The amount of black he wears, along with his narrow face has earned him the name "The Crow"

Weapons: She always has a steel dagger on her person, openly exposed and strapped to her belt.
Personality: She acts as a more reasonable and less rash counterpart to her King, she shows ideals and charisma never seen by any Government official ever to grace Skang. She is personally socially awkward, but kind. She is a relative pacifist.
Operating Method: She prefers to be reasonable with her goals, valuing life and property, but also forwarding the King?s agenda in a much more refined matter.
Public View: She is seen as a good person at heart; however she is usually unfairly blamed for Lithia?s fiscal problems, being a scapegoat for the foolish decisions of businesses, and the Government in Lithia for shipping goods badly. However, public opinion is tipped in her favour due to her kindness and fortitude.

Appearance: Tall and slim, Jon wears the ceremonial robes or uniform when he has to, but prefers omre simple clothes chosen for comfort more than cost, though his advisor try to talk him out of it. He is handsome and muscular, his image as yet unmarked by age or care.
Weapons: When dressed officially, he carries a long light sword that is practically a rapier, but despite his advisers' best efforts, he also carries a beautifully made pistol crossbow. The advisers tel him a monarch should not use such weapons, but he says if someone dishonourable attacks him, hhe prefers to be able to shoot back
Personality: Jon is, in some ways, totally unsuited to the role of monarch. Born far latter than his brother Luke, he was raised for a post in government or as an ambassador, while his brother was prepared for life on the throne, made used to a life of luxury and passivity. However, once on the throne, his brother fell ill and died without a child, and Jon was made the King. He is often a problematic king, as he has a disconcertingly common taste in music, habits and dress, and refuses to be steered by his advisers, while on the other hand, he has a detailed knowledge of the law and of diplomacy. He also has a habit of wanting to take the nations business into his own hands, which causes great distress to a system that is used to having a puppet king.
Operating Method: As yet, Jon has little style of governing, s he is trying to win control back from the corrupt bureaucracy that grips his country
Public View: The public know very little of the real Jon, since the system has a powerful propaganda force, but wince they are greatly discontent with the corruption of the state, what truth they hear of Jon's efforts impresses them.

Alright, here is the situation thus far:
Everyone who has given me a sheet for their desired spot has been chosen, I think. If you have a reserve that you were not granted, or if you would still like to join, please post here saying so. I will then PM those people with their options- where I will either create another city-state, or they can RP as something else I had in mind.
