... The trailers okay, but this movie's basically saying "Kill people who are stupid, have different opinions then you, or are just jerks to you! You'll be in the right!"

Wrong. Albeit, I will probably watch the film, the idea it's relaying is basically a form of terrorism.
I don't think the idea is that the protagonist is right. I think the idea is that his viewpoint is understandable, not necessarily that it is justifiable. And let's be honest: If some real-life psycho decided to exterminate the real-life WBC, whose fault would it most likely be?

A man is dying and decides to off people who dont deserve to out live him with a younger female counter part sounds like SAW to me. People seem to be looking into this way to much. Its just going to be a stupid movie that is worth a couple of chuckles. Nothig less and certainly nothing more.

Unlike most people here, I won't be judging this movie on the trailer. There have been worse trailers for good movies, and the other way around. I'm just going to watch it first.

Kinda cheap, as well as contridicting itself.

On one hand it's criticizing all the shit that's on TV, but then it turns into exactly the same type of shit under the cheap guise of fighting back.

Guess what, movie; You're the same flat and stupid entertainment as Jersey Shore. So don't kid yourself. You're not South Park, you're not even Family Guy.

Oh, and it needs to have a spunky teenage girl sidekick, 'cause it's not like we haven't seen that before in Super. Afterall, it's not like we can have a movie obviously geared toward teenagers, only feature a middle aged fat guy, right?

God bless America, indeed.

A man hates a tonne of people who he feels don't even the right to exist so he teams up with a girl and kills off anyone and everyone in his path that he deems as 'unworthy of life'
What a stupid, contradicting and cathartic movie...

Totally gonna see it if it reaches the UK

For once Hollywood understood some of us out there (oh come on, have you ever My Super Sweet 16?). Ok granted I hate those type of shows but by all mean I rather seen the shows getting cancel or the person punish but not by death.

Yes I aware some people find the concept to this film offensive so I take it you hold high regard that violence is never the answer? You do know it's a film right so it's not real in the same way you choose violence actions in a video game but yet again I suppose there more to it to the film (the undertone and what nots).

Well, that's a movie I won't be watching any time soon. Looks and sounds incredibly awful.

To be fair. Falling down was a bit slow paced and I honestly felt that the 2 parking space guy had it coming.
Falling Down showed some progress rather than starting the whole movie with what was the whole movie. Don't get me wrong, I think this movie looks fun and I'm all for seeing assholes being shot, but it really doesn't have the subtleties that made Falling Down great. I doubt this movie will win any awards.

I find this film in incredibly poor taste, and not really in a good way.
I probably still see it, but I don't think this is really where I want dark comedy to go.
The Room is for sale on DVD, make sure you support that kind of dark comedy instead.

Is that how we're measuring movie quality now? The amount of Oscars it brings in? Clearly Annie Hall was a better movie than Star Wars then. Oh.. and The Dark Night was garbage, not a single Oscar for the movie itself, though Ledger pulled in a few.

Looks like a more ridiculous version of Super. Could be good, Super was a brilliant film - doesn't seem like it'll have the same depth though, too satirical.
That's the first film that popped to mind, and also one that this tripe will never match.

While I approve of the attitude towards modern pop culture, this film is drowning in irony.

This movie is GLORIOUS, and I haven't even seen it yet. Ok, the TRAILER is glorious, at least. I can't wait to see it. Get off your moral horses, people.
Yes, just turn off your brain, and enjoy, right? As long as it's entertaining, nothing else really matters, right? It's bad people doing bad things, and who doesn't like to watch that, right?
And I suppose being able to do that makes me a terrible person. Lucky us that all people aren't terrible like me.
