Wow.

Generally, I think the whole protest over ME3's ending is pretty silly (if people sued every time a game said it would have features it lacked, then Peter Molyneux would long since be bankrupt or in prison), this... this is actually pretty clever.

Kudos.

Really that guy who tried to sue Bioware wan't expecting to get very far, he just wanted to make a statement. Not many 'retakers' supported him either, they felt he was giving them a bad name.

There's been a lot of misinformation and mud-slinging from major gaming sites
lately, 'retakers' aren't nearly as zealous and disrespectful as you've likely been led to believe by IGN and its ilk.

That's pretty cool. Clever too, like everyone else above me said. Hopefully Bioware will actually notice the details about the cupcakes other than just "OMG! We got sent cupcakes by our fanbase! They must still love us so much!"
