Kanon 2006, specifically Shiori and Ayu's arcs.

Gundam 00 Episode 23, you know what happened.

Obligatory mention of Clannad.

Code Geass R2, episodes 13 and 25.

Also, manly tears were shed at the end of the 8th episode of Gurren Lagann.

I dont recall Rei figuring out she liked Shinji in the movie
It's not in a movie; it's during one of the late episodes in the fight against Armisael

Yeah yeah I know you hate dubs, but everyone's got preferences.

Ah now I remember, been a long time since I saw the show. Back when I was like 14 if I remember correctly. (Almost 5 years, I feel old...)

Pokemon
the episode Goodbye Pikachu, but in my defense I was 9 when I saw it.
Oh dude I cried at that episode as well.

Ah back when Pokemon didnt suck. (The anime I mean)
Yeah I remember the day I first saw it, I was watching Cartoons before school and started watching it but I had to leave before the ending so I didn't know how it ended and later that day at lunch I started playing my Gameboy (Pokemon Red FTW) and started balling my eyes out.

Serial Experiments Lain. Period.
It is the only anime I have really cried in the inside and in the outside.
Really? I like Serial Experiments Lain... you know my favorite anything evar... but it really wasn't all that emotional... other than the end of episode 12 the beginning of episode 13 and the part where Lain is talking to the subconscious embodiment of her father or whatever... and the ending itself ends on a fairly high note...<.<

OT: Gungrave... it's the only show to ever make me cry... The ending just had me in tears...
Brandon isn't able to kill Harry despite the fact that he basically fucked up his life... and murders him... but instead protects him till the end where they commit suicide together...<.<

So I just finished the anime: Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~, which by the way was great, and without spoiling the ending a twist that even M Night Shyamalan wouldn't see coming in the last minute of the anime tore my heart in two. So I was wondering if you have also had a moment like this when watching a anime?
After what Reiji has done, really didn't expect a happy ending for either him or Ellen :)p). But if anything, Grave of the Fireflies is my #1 anime that made me eyes all teary. And FME: Brotherhood, because the second half of the show was so damn good that I didn't want it to end.

it's most likely because we understand that humans are capable of so much evil up to and including killing small animals just for fun, but when you view the deaths of animals, you realize how powerless they are against us and how they do not kill purely out of enjoyment like some humans do. I just felt sick inside from those three minutes.

To tell the truth, I've never really cried for any anime, evil some that were previously mentioned, but that ended when I saw Clannad After Story
parts that touched me most: (spoiler warnings

1. Nagisa's death
2. Ushio crying in Tomoya's arms
3. Tomoya telling his father he can finally rest
4. Ushio's death

Just about every time I watch those parts, I can't help but let a tear come out, though I never really break down, although I do die a little inside every time

But another thing that has come up recently is when Kajiura Ryuji and Muroto Hajime (the hobo hunters) in Gantz beat the man to death. It really hurt to see that because at that moment I can only imagine the cruelty of others
