Annoyed with all these stupid lawsuits? What are some really stupid/hilarious ones you've heard of

Here's one to start it off:
An idiot at my school some kids, well, "bad names" . . . anyway, they beat him up in the bathroom. Everyone involved was suspended (he did fight back, but still got his ass kicked). The idiot-who-started-it's parents SUED the school because he got suspended. What a pr***.

How does that even work, their own home? They shouldn't have to worry about people falling through their roof and landing on knives.

A guy broke into my friend's shed but his dog was sleeping in there and brutalized the guy. He leaped out a window to escape and landed on top of a police dog that was coming to investigate the noises.

The guy sued. The cop took the stand and said that the guy was untouched when he came out the window and that it was the police dog who bit him.

Yeah. Her dad said no internet, she got on, and he said no. Then the Canadian law system kicked in!

Anyway, This old lady ordered some coffee from McDonald's. She had the typical jittery-shaky hands of an elderly person, and spilled it all over her lap. She got (I think) 2nd degree burns and sued them. I'm so glad she won that.

Remember watching a Judge Judy episodes one morning, while I was getting ready for law class in high school about 8 years ago. This woman was sueing her friend for cutting her hair while intoxicated because she did not like how it turned out. I brought it up that day in class and we all had a good chuckle about it.

If I rememeber correctly, Super Size Me said the Hamburger Bill in 2003 made it illegal to sue resturants for obesity.
