While Lulzsec is going after Sony and the FBI, it looks like Anonymous has bigger fish to fry. In what appears to be a move to one-up Lulzsec, Anonymous has hacked Iran. Who knows what the consequences are going to be, but I bet this will be in the news soon. No idea on how Iran is going to respond to this

The next global conflict will be fought with information. Not armaments. An invisible war, for all the irony that title provides. Eidos must have some stellar crystal balls.

Freedom of information is inevitable so long as there are people willing to obtain it. There is no such thing as an 'impenetrable defence'. It's a frightening thought, but i suppose until people accept this, these attacks will continue as an act of pure defiance.

I am genuinly scared for the safety of any internet information at the moment, it seems that lulzsec and anonymous (lulzsec being the far more unpredictable and scary of the two) have a little rivalry going as to whom the next victim is, eventually it will come back to us. the scary part is that with their huge talent at hacking, they could quite easily start world war 3.

lulzsec vs. anonymous
whoever wins, we lose

Nice of them to kick a hornets nest...
Kicked it? Ha, more like stuck their dick in it, shook it around a it, and has been stung so hard, so many times, the don't even feel they pain...yet.
Ehh, more like leaned out their glass door and threw a rock at it, but now their dad got home and got stung, so they are in trouble from him.
