So they are people who have alot of posters saying something you don't agree with. I still fail to see the problem.
I have no problem with it I'm just surprised how quickly and how many these posters were put up. (And like I said, he looks freaky.)

If you don't have a problem with it, then why make a thread about it?

Before I say anything, where in the US do you live? I'm curious.
Germantown Maryland. Might be a local thing.
No, you're not alone when it comes to the posters. I got family in Raleigh they sometimes tell me about the Anti-Obama protests and posters that are popping up near them.

Was it possibly this one

People have an opinion and they show it, they should at least respect the man who is running their county.

People didn't show the same respect to Bush.

It's because people don't agree with Obama's plan to give millions of people free health care. Apparently that's evil. But yeah, those people mostly don't know what socialism means. For example, Sarah Palin said:

"I don't want my down syndrome baby to go in front of Obama's death panel'

What? What death panel? From what I understand he wants to emulate the NHS to a degree... Now I'm from England, have been to hospital numerous times and have received nothing but good treatment. Not once have I had to stand in front of anything remotely like a 'death panel'. But anyway, its mostly nonsense. Treat it like kids that used to bully you, ignore them and they'll eventually get bored and stop.

I will laugh so hard once he changes the healthcare system to the system that he has been talking about (which sounds a hell of a lot like Canada and so many other countries) and people just stop going on about how it will doom all of the U.S, as for the Swine Flu thing just don't listen I have not heard of many fatal cases in ages.
Exactly, it's just doomsayers trying to fulfill their own prophecy of destruction.

There are plenty of Anti-Obama, heres one.
I never realy felt how he could say he is Change when he is a member of the two party system and is another president that was once a senator. The only change is that he is black and that doesn't mean shit to me.

I don't get the swine flu thing either. It's like how people said white people were the cause of AIDS. It's probably some conspiracy borne out of intolerance.

Anti Obama posters are ok though. People are entitled to their opinion.

I think that the posters are a bit shallow, they've been around since Obama started sweriously running.
When George W Bush screwed the pooch (Iraq / Economy) there were very people that protested.
Then Obama comes to power and uses the rights of the office to try and mop up and 'Voila' the republicans are ready to jump on his every decision. I don't agree with all of his policies, but still...
Personally, I think most of it is just the conservative anger at Obama for winning the election

Funny thing is, all these anti-Communists and anti-Socialists fail to realise that their current "health care system" (or perhaps I should call it a pay-to-get-your-limbs-back system) is killing more people than the system they're protesting against ever will.

Heh heh... death panels...

Sadly, those ALREADY EXIST. They're called doctors. If an organ comes in, who decides who gets it and who does not? Even if the death panel propaganda was real, it wouldn't matter.

People think Obama is socialist because he is actually exercising his presidential powers.

As for the swine flu posters, all I can say is that a conspiracy is all around us! Swine flu is obviously caused by a galatic organization called the None Human Killers, also known as the NHK!
Haha just like how Nixon was accused for being a crook for exercising his "presidential powers". But everyone knows he's totally innocent. *Cough* Sarcasm *Cough*

Seriously though, I don't think he's the savior OR the apocalypse everyone's been thinking he was going to be. Hate posters are going to happen no matter who the president is, its a part of being human: having to deal with other, mostly stupid, humans.

P.S.-Welcome to the NHK ;P

I hardly think this is the place to be bashing conservatives.

I've seen those posters, as well as some depicting him as Hitler. There have also been protesters at his speeches that carry guns. (i think it was Alabama, where its legal, as long as they aren't concealed.) People just like to shock people, i suppose.

The problem is that, if I'm getting the swine flu poster's premise, blaming it on Obama is actually libelous. True that you can say whatever you want, but when it's sole intent is to defame someone's character with lies then it's actually illegal.
