Broken Sword, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, and Monkey Island 1,2,and 3 I usually return to at least once every couple of years. Diablo 2 and Mechwarrior 2 and Mercenaries I also replay occasionally.

I regularly play UFO:Enemy Unknown AKA X-Com:UFO Defense. At least once a year I play the first sandbox game that ever grabbed me, Sid Meier's Pirates! This year I may have to play on PC this year though as I think my C64 floppy drive has finally given up the ghost. A shame as I will miss the Commodore's superior music.

Master of Magic, a fantasy 4x strategy game, and, now that it's available on GOG, TIE Fighter.
I played it for about four hours last night (first time in at least 5 years, could be close to 7 or so) and I was soooo bad.
Although younger me didn't like losing and made my TIE invulnerable, have unlimited ammo, and not take damage from collisions.

Best damn arcade brawler ever made.
-Perfectly balanced difficulty: despite being an arcade it is not a credit muncher and can be finished with 1 coin by a skilled player;
-engaging and complex for something designed to be played on a stick and four buttons, no other game of his genre is as deep, with the exception of his predecessor;
-easy to learn, hard to master; plays like a brawler, but the combat has the depth of a beat'em up;
-great music and voices.

Half-Life 2 will be 10 years old later this month, and I replay that (as well as the original Half-life) somewhat regularly.
I also really like going back to play Doom, System Shock 2, Morrowind, Super Metroid, and Metal Gear Solid every so often.

I go back to FarCry 1 at least once a year, and since the 360 remastering (it's more of a remaster than any of the GOTY editions on the new consoles) came out I have to excuse to play it more often.
In fact I do find it weird that FarCry 1 is just called a port to the 360/PS3 when there is a change to some vital mechanics which almost completely change how you play the game. That's not the subject of the thread so I won't dwell any longer.

Minecraft probably isn't considered an "older" game yet, but I'm definitely going to return to that game in 5 and 10 years time when it is considered "older".

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete - the gameplay is still amazing today, and fan-made maps make it fresh.
