Trisha couldn't help but grin and stifle a giggle slightly as she watched the male stumble around due to the alcohol in his system. She began to start dancing again still keeping her eyes on him and Anya, sometimes glancing around seeing the crowd of people begin to get more and more dense. Enjoying that she was in the middle of it.

"Yeah, I live in these dorms. With that girl over there," With a little difficulty she pointed through a few people right at were her roommate was.

Kiska saw that Micah was ready to go, and stood up from her chair, "I don't see any sense using two cars to get to one place. So if you want to drive, you can."
She made her way towards the door, "So, to the party, then?"

"With who?" Anya asked, trying to see where Trisha was pointing. She finally spotted the slightly taller girl. "Oh Tori! Yeah, she seems like a cool girl. I got her beat tonight though. She couldn't keep up on the quila. But still, like I said, seems really nice. We'll have to come over and visit some time."

Susan followed Gabriel into his room. "Thank you." she said to him with a smile. A gentleman, it seems. she though and giggled a little. She looked around his room. It looked neat, with everything neatly in it's place. She wasn't sure if she should sit down on his bed or not, so she opted to stand on her feet.

"Just play something you know. I'm sure it'll sound lovely." She gave him another smile.

"To the party!" Micah said with a smile as he opened the door for Kiska to let her out of the apartment. He led her down to his car, and let her in the passenger side then got into the driver's side. He looked up the address on his phone before starting the car, and headed in that direction.

They drove towards the dorms, managing to find a parking spot amongst the mass of cars. He looked around for the proper building, and managed to find his way to the right room. He knocked on the door to where the party was supposed to be, waiting with Kiska close behind.

"All right, I guess... Give me a moment, I'll take a look through the tabs I have," Gabriel answered, crossing to the desk on which his laptop sat. Alongside it was a ringbinder, which he flicked open and quickly searched through the pages within. He quickly found one he had been practicing: Def Leppard's Nine Lives. He also knew the words fairly well, a perk of listening to it regularly.

"Okay, here I go. Please excuse any errors you may hear in either my playing or singing. Oh, and feel free to join in if you know it. Lyrics are there with the tabs," he said with a quick grin before he experimentally picked at the strings, before he began to belt out the lead guitar melody, accompanying it with the lyrics after the intro had been played.

As soon as he began to play, the sense of lack of confidence vanished, replaced with a kind of calm feeling. Gabriel knew it well; it was how he usually felt during performances, as if everything else was separated from himself and his guitar.

With all the music, yelling and dancing it was suprising if anyone would be able to hear anything, but somehow Josh picked up on the strong knock that rapped his outside door; he first wondered if it was a noise complaint from either a prudy student or a stuffy proff, but was instead happy to see a couple more students outside of his door.

He opened the door smiling, "Whats up? Can I help you two at all?"

Kiska looked out the window for most of the car ride looking over at the scenery of the college and the people they passed. This place doesn't seem too big, but I'm sure I will enjoy it here.

She got out of the car after Micah parked and looked around. There were a lot more cars around than she'd expected. Wow. A lot more people must go here than I expected. I hope it doesn't get too crowded here. She noticed Micah was getting farther ahead of her as she took in her surroundings, so she sped up to catch up with him.

Kiska stayed close behind Micah as they made their way through the dorms to the party. She could start to hear music as they got closer. Micah stopped at a door and knocked. The music was fairly loud there, but she didn't know if this room was the source of the noise.

She waited with Micah at the door, and began to suggest that it might be the wrong dorm, when a handsome looking man opened the door and asked if he could help them.

She was a bit stunned by the music suddenly becoming a million times louder, but regained herself quickly and smiled at the man, "Yes we were told there was a party here?" She saw a bunch of people behind the man, "Either there are a lot of people staying in this dorm, or we're in the right place, I think?"

"Yeah, this should be the place." Micah said, spotting the booze in some of the other partygoers hands. "You got any Mike's in there?"

Micah shook the host's hand and entered the party, introducing himself cheerfully.

"I'm Micah Finn. This is my room-mate Kiska." He introduced them to the Captain of the party. "We live over in the student condos off-campus. You the one who got this place going?"

Tori checked her phone, no texts for now but she noted the time,

That other party should be starting soon... wonder if we should go. This party will be more fun

Putting her hand on Nathan's shoulder she leaned into his ear so he could better hear her,

"That other party is starting about now Nate... are we even going to bother heading over there?"

Claudette happily followed Lance to the dance floor, glad that she had decided to come to the party with him. She danced with the rhythm of the music, hoping that she wasn't making a complete fool of herself.

"This party is actually a lot of fun", she said to Lance, trying to talk over the loud, booming music.

"No need to sound so surprised" said a smiling Lance, as he performed an extravagant, mock disco-spin on the dance floor, eventually coming to a stop facing Claudette again, flashing her another silly smile. Lance was having fun, for it had been a long time since he had properly danced and while he might have looked like a complete goofball doing it, he enjoyed it and that was all that mattered to him, though he did hope he didn't make himself out to be too much of a tit to Claudette, but then again, she might find his tomfoolery entertaining.

"But yeah, this is fun, I'm glad you decided to come with me"

Josh smiled at the new arrivals, "Now I really should ask you for the password, but you look way too cool to delay so come on in, drinks on the counter any questions, well I'm the host so feel free to ask," he took a drink from his beer to moisten his throat, "So, I'm assuming that you two are together or something, or just roomies?"

Kiska smiled at the man. She walked in and looked around at the party, "I am not much of a drinking person. Do you have water, maybe?"
She heard him ask if Micah and her were together, and she shook her head, "No, no. We're not like that. Just room mates and friends. Oh, I'm Kiska, by the way. Kiska Sokolov. And you are?"

Susan mimicked Gabriel's hands as well as she could as if she was playing a guitar herself, so she was playing an air guitar. She looked at the lyrics and began singing with him. She was having a lot of fun right now. Singing was her elemental, besides video games, and she wasn't usually nervous when singing for someone for the first time.

Not a bad singer. And his guitar skills are sweet. She smiled as she sang with him.

"Ah," Joshua noted the small faint accent she had, had to be a mix of Russian and English, well it was time to put the language from the Private schools to good use, he had to learn one and luckily it was about to serve him.

"Хорошо удовольствие - все мой, пламя российских зим," he said calmly, waiting for her response, "And yes there is water by the alcohol."

"You've just lived the last of your! Nine! Lives!" Gabriel sang in a slightly bad impression of Joe Elliott, quickly following up the last of the lyrics with the final bars of the guitar and hitting the last two notes with a flourish. He stretched out the fingers of both hands after setting his pick down; they usually took a few seconds to recover after an extended playing session.

Gabe shot a quick grin at Susan before asking, "So, what d'you think? Personally I reckon I'm good enough to perform on stage, but I'm sure you know how it is with people's opinions of themselves. You were pretty good yourself; I can tell you're serious about your singing."

Micah was a bit shocked that their host could speak Russian to Kiska... he was probably one of those private-school kids who picked a language to learn at random.

"I'm Micah, by the way. I'm a sophomore here, so I guess you consider me the welcoming party for all you Fish." Micah introduced himself to their host. "Pretty good job you did, organizing this so quickly. I'm impressed, man."

Kiska was a bit stunned by the man speaking Russian, but smiled at the kind words. "Вы слишком добры, мой друг(You are too kind, my friend), and thank you."

She left to get a drink of water, still surprised about the man. His language skill wasn't perfect, but it was still surprising to hear someone speak in a language she hadn't head in years. Kiska found a bottled water, and slipped it in her coat pocket. She also happened across something called Mike's Hard Lemonade, which she remembered Micah asking about, and grabbed a bottle.

Kiska dodged her way through the people, back to Micah and the man. She handed the bottle to her room mate, "Is this what you were asking about earlier, Micah? It was the only thing with 'Mike' in the name, so I don't really know." She turned to the stranger, "If I may ask, where did you learn to speak Russian?" She smiled at him, "И я все еще не имеют названия от вас(And I still don't have your name)."

"Who, now?" Connor asked as Trisha pointed across the room to her roomie. He leaned over, almost comically, as he tried to follow the path down her arm. After a moment he heard Anya say her name, and matched it to the face of one girl in front of them.

"Oh, I met her earlier. She seems alright." he said with a sage nod. She knew her limits it seemed, but she wasn't afraid to party it up.

As he looked around the party he noticed the door open and a couple new people step in. The first was an attractive girl with blonde hair, but the guy with her really caught his attention. Connor's well-practiced gaydar went up to "10" and he decided he wanted to meet this guy, regardless of whether or not he appeared to be with a girl.

"I'm going to go get another drink," he said to the girls, "I'll see you around."

He weaved through the crowd slowly, grabbing a Breezer on his way by and turning the top off. He figured that since he'd done the tequila shots he would be able to deflect any shots made at him for taking a "girly" drink.

Finally he found his way to the door and there were still standing there. "Hi there!" he said to the group of them, taking a drink from his bottle. He recognized the host that he'd met before and gave him a quick nod. "I'm Connor."
