I'm the skinniest person I know... and I like to think of myself as at least reasonably good-looking.

My best gamer friend is also extremely athletic.

So that is to say, "fat, pimply, weak" is simply a negative stereotype.

I've never really thought of my appearance a whole lot. I suppose I'm decent looking at best. Not fat, not too skinny. Tall.

I've seen quite a few gamers who are surprisingly good looking, considering the social stigma laid upon gaming culture in general.

I think a lot of people just don't know anyone that can disprove the stereotype, people always seemed shocked by my interests. I find it strange when people don't play any games, it's not like there's much on TV nowdays.

Now, with easily visible ribs and a BMI of about 20, I'm not fat by any definition of the word. I don't wear glasses, I'm not particularly "greasy" or facially blemished - what I'm getting at is that I don't fulfil the visual characteristics of the stereotypical uber-geek gamer.

However, I have pretty much no social life to speak of (if it's a choice between gaming all day with the curtains shut and actually going outside, you can pretty much guarantee that I'll go with option A) and a sizeable collection of games, I do fulfil the other side of it.

So, there you go. That's my input

I really can't trust anyone who says they are 'handsome' or 'sexy' if they are afraid to post a picture of themselves. I hightly doubt anyone here will hunt you down and stalk you if you do. If you say you look good and then don't post a picture, how can we judge? I know most people who are gamers are afraid because then they cannot hide their face, which is one thing online gaming has done for us. But be proud of what you look like or who you are. Even if I looked like the guy from "The Goonies" (Mikey?) I'd still post a pic of me up. I know there's a chance of me getting flamed here, but oh well right?
