Are There Any Pokemon That you Frequently Use, Even Though They're Horrible?

I always base my team around sandshrew/slash and usually end up with a ground heavy team, although it means I'm generally resigned to a single fire pokemon to counter grass types, and if he faints I'm totally screwed because the rest of my team are weak to grass.

Oh well, it puts a bit of challenge into it that is completely missing if you powergame

Meowth/Persian, Skitty/Delcatty

Persian with Technician and that Normal Scarf item + Double Slap = win.

Delcatty with Cute Charm, Hypnosis (or Yawn), or any other annoying moves. Great fun.
Slow, but effective.

I used to use Sawsbuck on my sun team, but I always lost when I used it, so I switched it out. Pretty cool pokemon, though, especially for a 5th gen. Also, I used Arcanine in my current playthrough of White 2

Of them I suppose Charizard is probably the weakest (especially since I don't use the dream world version), but damn if he isn't cool. Probably something to do with nostalgia, I guess.

whenever i play i always end up with Pidgeot, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Espeon and Umbreon, sadly, even though its my favorite Umbreon always sucks and Flareon kicks total ass though.

Bibarel/ducklet because although they are terrible pokemon they make wonderful HM slaves.

Does that even count as using them? (Though I wouldn't have a Bibarel in my party at all if you PAID me - hate that line because it looks bloody retarded)

It takes up a slot that I could use for an actual pokemon so yes they count. If not Cricketune was on my party for quite a while in Pearl.

Beartic. yes it is very strong and has good HP but it's speed is the absolute worst. and unlike emboar it doesn't have any moves that boost it's speed and game freak only made it for rain and snow teams instead of giving it a more useful ability like thick fat (seriously why doesn't it have thick fat? it's a polar bear for crying out loud)

I don't leave PvE so I just run what i like.

so Pokemon like Scyther and Charizard, while ... kinda not good (both actually get worse after evolving .. wot o.0) are ones i like regardless. hell i keep a Nintails in my party most the time cause I like Foxes (plus it knows a PSY type move which is handy sometimes)
