Wow most people are 'pretty good'...

Guessing from these kinds of threads most people here also are really well trained, know all kinds of martial arts, drink like irishmen and have crazy amounts of sex.
I guess the Escapist is just really lucky that way.

Well, what you just said, perfectly reflects me. I do MMA and when I don't have a fight coming up, I try to drink like an Irishman, I'm not sure if I do however as I usually can't remember it. As for sex, I wouldn't say crazy amounts as I am faithful to my gf but I have my fare share. I also enjoy playing video games, which explains my presence here.
Seriously, calling people liars is really not very nice. Personally, I trust everyone here on the Escapist and perhaps you should too... just a suggestion.

I'm pretty decent with a shotgun & rifle (air, .22, .75 and larger). Never tried a handgun, but I would love the chance to have a go.

Marksmen here Haven't used and firearm in a few years now as i'm a civilian now but I when you have been shooting for years you don't lose your touch much I dare say.

i'm good with archery type shooting; and throwing knives.
not so much with a gun.

i'm pretty good.. especially with rimfire stuff, .17HMR gets some incredible groups within 100 yards!

I only fired assault rifles (SA80) in the army and was about 'average' I.e good enough to pass tests and 'march and shoot' but not gonna win any sharpshooter awards.

EDIT: As others have made the distinction I will point out that is with 'iron sights'

Err... I've been ok every time I've used an air rifle, but I've never used a real gun.

To be honest, I'd rather just go paintballing.

I'm actually decent with a rifle. Less so with handguns but i've had less chance to practice with them.

i'm good with sniper rifles and shotguns... but thats all... i remember trying a pistol and i couldn't hit a thing...

Considering im an Ex-Army Rifleman, Yes. Even before that I was good with guns. (Uncle lived out on a Huge farm, learnt there as a kid)

I use an old-ish .22 anschutz for school target shooting (25 yards) and I'm an OK shot (85-90 score usually), but I have more than slightly spastic eyes so have slight problems focusing (right hand dominant, left eye dominant)

OT: .22 rifle, 5 shots, 25 yards...Placed so close together you could cover all five holes with one quarter.

Never held a gun in real life. Australia has extremely low gun deaths for a reason... namely no one really has any. If we were on a Paintball field however, I would rape you. Last time I went we played a full day:

9 kills / 1 Death / 2 Flags Captured / 1 Pilot rescued

Kills of course being how many people I shot and Deaths being how many times I got shot.

I'd rather just go paintballing.
