7 "moderator actions" for 6 "offences", currently on 14-day-ban level. Thing is, all 6 "offences" were for separate things. I got done twice for the same thing because something I said to a Turbine fan was misinterpreted and I got slapped for it.
I posted a shitty comment on a yahtzee vid back in my early days and got suspended for joking about rape.

Never had anything happen. That's because I always watch what I post. I'll type out my message and read it over and if I've seen people get probation for things similar to what's in my post, I either change it or don't post. So far I have 0 suspensions and 0 probations, and 0 locked threads.
I've been here for almost a year and never gotten in trouble with the mods. Most people don't know me anyway so I think I kinda slip under the radar... not that there's anything to be suspicious of... >.>
I've only got a warning. That was because I didn't understand the thread and simply said: "What?"
Where's PC in the kitchen guy when you need him? (The mere reference of this is going to get me reported) And after this 'incident' I created a thread complaining about how sexism is taken to seriously. Locked in the first four minutes. Damn the escapist monopoly of information flow!!!
Anyway, I've once typed "this" and left it at that. I was tired, i probably deserved the warning. Also I got banned for a day on Warcry for "resurrection of old threads", seriously though no one posts there, every thread is about 4 months old, what did you want me to do?
Plus I think i get annoyed at "use the search bar" people very easily, it's going to end in a flame war and I'm going to cop it.

well I only once had anything like that I got a warning for a post on this assassins creed 2 twitter thing
I'm just about ok mostly! No moderator wrath, although some misplaced threads is a slight blemish 
I wrote something in a thread that seemed a bit "controversial" and I was put on probation for 3 days. PMed a Mod, explained myself and the probation went away.
Apart from that I didn't incur the "Wrath of the Moderators".

In nearly 2800 posts the worst I've ever had is a thread locked and that was simply through other people being immature and degrading a valid discussion point.
