Okay then, let me just fetch my camera and...

(runs and hides in Portaloo)

Hah, she'll never find me in here...
*knocks on Portaloo door* Can you hurry up in there? I really need to pee...
Aaarghh, you scared me there. Hold on a minute, I'm still trying to dig the escape tunnel. Just give me five minutes then I'll be done :)
But Portaloos have solid plastic floors... are you planning to escape Trainspotting style?
Not sure if you read Discworld, but in that the dwarfs have special axes that are half axe and half pickaxe, for mining as well as attack. Think along those lines and you'll see the method behind all aspects we've been discussing. As it were. ;)

Well, I guess that would make it easy to get through a plastic floor, an-

Oh God. Help!

Well, judging by the fact that I have a spotless record (in fact, I have negative probations essentially), I would say yes, I'm a model Escapist.

I joined here quite late, when I'd already frequented a number of forums for several years, so I was more mature, and well-mannered when I joined. On other forums reading my first post is really embarrasing, my grammar, spelling and logic are all next to incoherent and I was a total cliché.

I have only once managed to procure a warning from a moderator, and I've never been banned, here or otherwise. I have had a few threads locked, for different reasons, but most often for good reasons. Threads being derailed after a while, and similar. Having one's threads locked I'd hardly say constitutes as an offence though. The thread starter isn't responsible for what other people do in their threads, and most often that's what causes it. Some people start arguing in it, or it get's derailed, or loses it's relevance. I did manage to lock one of my own threads and was then unable to unlock it on another forum. That was a bit embarrasing.

I occasionally have spelling errors. I'm sure my grammar is aweful. Also, I do have a few hot button topics which I try to avoid. I haven't been probationed or anything like that. I've had a few topics locked one was where i linked to a serious article on animal abuse so it immeditly got about 10 lolcatz responses. The other was an argument about what should be done with rapists that are minors the arguments became to heated and it had to be locked down.

I try follow ET's advice and be good.

Boy, would I love to see that HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Heh, yeah. I almost had you there, didn´t I.

But anyway, you wait here and see, and tell me how it went. I´ll just be in the corner feeling slightly embarrassed.

If you have been on the forums here for a while, then odds are there are be some... Blemishes, on your profile. A thread that's been locked, a bit of moderator wrath, something that your not proud of.

I myself had a thread locked. I tried to wright a review of a website, and it ended up as an advertisement. Something else I'm a bit ashamed of; I stole someones opinion of a movie. I even copy-pasted his exact words from his website.

But enough about me, it's time to confess your interwebz sins, so to speak.
Never anything. I've only been here for two years, though (which is a lot longer than some people, strangely enough), and I don't post in every topic, only the ones that interest me. I guess I stayed safe by doing that.

I was on probation for something, I was cranky when I posted. In hindsight I deserved it.

well back when I was a newbie on The Escapist I have to admit, I was a blatant troll... I got suspended for about 3 days when I made a thread specifically for the purpose of flaming... I'm not glad that I did that, and now I can't ever get any Matrix badges :(

edit: oh, on top of this I was put on probation about 2/3 times for a few minor bits and bobs, but I've learnt my lesson every time I was put on it :) I like to think I'm a good contributor to this fine website now ^^

I would probably qualify but I just don't feel like being called 'the perfect escapist' is fair when I don't post on here very often.

At best I have a look at the 5 latest threads when looking at ZP/Unforgotten

Only a matter of time, my account on another forum has multiple bans, though to be fair that's the method of warning someone the forum uses.

I only got a warning for not contributing much to a thread. I think I said just one word or so. That's all, though.

A mod locked a topic of mine that was gathering opinions for an article I was writing. The title was 'FPS vs. RPG', and they got the wrong idea. >.<

I basically told one mod to go fuck himself... I forget the name.. Nilcypher or something...

I got a thread locked and suspended for telling them to get rid of the stupid videos at the start of my zp episodes...

Ummm... That's about it....
