Never. From first hand accounts and common knowledge they are a HUGE money sink. I know one guy on a pilots forum that never had kids. You know what he did with that money? He owns, and regularly flies, a light aircraft.

I'll stick with the plane, thanks.

Considering my brother's stance on kids, I'm the only one who can continue my family line. It'll probably happen at some point.

If I were willing to find someone I love, date, marry and settle down, then yes.

But I'm not planning on doing any of those things so no.

I hope to some day be married with kids.
I'm always wary of anything universally acknowledged as "good", but the "American Dream" seems pretty nice to me: A house, a job, a wife, kids... a dog.
When I'm good and ready of course.

Never want kids, dislike them. Plus, I'm not sure I'd be a good parent, I'd probably forget to put food in its bowl or something.

No.

Every one of my siblings had pretty much dropped the ball and created way too many adorable yet exhausting surprises. I say this as the aunt that got sidled with babysitting while they all did their respective crap.

I didn't think I wanted kids when I was little but I damn sure know I don't want any now. I will babysit when they're newborns up until they're like 2. And then the babies go back to mom and dad and I will be so blessedly free!!!

I've often thought of having twin girls...but that dream is slowly fading seeing as how I'm 30.

We're nearing 7 billion people on this planet and we simply do not have the resources to take care of all of them, IMO. I'd opt for adopting, but right now I'm just not into trying to take care of kids when I'm barely able to care for myself. Which is why I don't care about abortion, to be honest.

When I get to thinking too much about these issues, my friend Bill speaks volumes of wisdom to me...

Yes, I really want to. I don't know how I shall, but hopefully I can work out Adoption or Surrogacy in some way. I've always wanted to but funnily enough, I hate kids. Oh well.

I used to want to be a Parent... that changed when I had a better view at my generation... I was so repulsed that I decided that I would either die alone or leave North America for good and find a woman else where. So far it is die alone and travel the world as a scholar and study humans.

I have two kids already and I'm 23.
4 year old girl and a 8 month year old baby boy.
Sure it's noisy and I missed out on alot of sleep but isn't that pretty much what you fuckers get from your computer games every evening?

I like the way people are quick to say 'NO NEVER'.. is your life so great at the moment then with whatever it is you are doing with it?
Dont be so quick to decide alright, it's not cool and riteous of anyone to think kids are icky or whatever, perhaps when you get older and realise your daily routine sucks and you have contributed nothing in life, perhaps then you might actually see something good in bringing a person you will love for the rest of your life into this world.
Just try and look beyond the noise and mess before needing to type Never a'right..

Nah. It's getting less likely by the year. I just can't see myself having any kind of stability for more than 5 years, which a child really does need. I like kids but only in very small dosages. And then only sometimes.

I don't know, if / when I do get married (I do intend to) It will be a fifty/fifty split. No kids or 1 kid. If one kid, then 50/50 for adopted or not. If my wife doesn't want to go through both pregnancy and childbirth, I won't make her. And there are many children in orphanages who would kill to have a proper family and go to school, why deprive them further?

But through my experience and that of the girls in my close social circle, only child is WAY better.

There's next to no chance of me having kids. I might adopt if it's legal wherever I end up living by then.

i have a 3 year old, never thought i wanted to be a parent, but let me tell you watching them grow and the feeling you feel when you first see them is incomparable.

Yep, i am even kinda looking forward to it. I want to have two or three kids, but more specifically a woman to have them with. However... on that account... i am severely lacking.
