I try my best to stay true to my age. It was annoying when I could look at video game promotional sites because I was 16 and not 17 but now I use my real age

I only ever lie when I'm asked for my age when trying to watch a video online, at which point I'm around 97 years old.

In certain cases, you need to. For example, there are certain videos on youtube that require a confirmation of your age for whatever reason. Plus, gamespot has a lot of over-18s trailers.
Although I'm actually 18 now.

When you hit 21 lying about your age is a bit pointless,

unless you're trying to pick up school kids online... which is just weird.

If I have to put my birthday, I generally change it by a day or two. And I say that I'm 18 when asked, as I'm pretty sure everybody does.
