Do I win?
The Megaman X-series are infamous for having terrible and truly awful voice acting... it's just cringeworthy.

Vampire Rain. There were so many things wrong with that game, I don't have enough room in this thread.

I hate to say it but King Kong... while Jack Black does a decent job as does Adrian Brody some aspects of the script were insanely weak that over the top acting was lousy. It's a shame too because I liked the game.

Also again refereance to Dead Rising.

All the emotional range of a mac computer voice.
I disagree, I've heard worse. He had a thick accent though I'll give you that but I'm serious I thought he was okay. A little iffy in places but overall decent.
But I respect your opinion.

Star Ocean 2: TLH was pretty terrible. In fact, between that, the terrible attempt at a Vesperia-clone battle system, and the annoying camera I only got about 4 hours into the game. :(

I LOVE the voice acting in RE1. As much as I loved the remake, the one thing missing was the memorable dialog.

But voice acting was different back then. Videogames weren't taken half as seriously then as they are now. You didn't have professional voice actors for videogames (well, apart from Broken Sword and a few other adventure games). I think it's more offending listening to bad voice acting in more recent times now that we've had games such as Silent Hill 2/3 and Metal Gear Solid showing how it's done.

Any Japanese game that actually uses english and not random gibberish noises has terrible voice acting, I'm pretty sure.

B-52 Bomber & Bomb Squad for the Intellivision. I know its more the technical limitations of the console that is at fault here, but they're still both cringeworthy and hilarious.

Warhammer Online. the voices doesnst sound very serious, and Malekith´s voice are REALLY dissapointing. his voice are meant to be deep, dark and having an echo.

I can't think of any game but there are tons of Swedish commercials with bad voice acting.
So bad that you just want to blow the producers head off.

Well I think part of the "bad voice acting thing" is that sometimes over the top and cheesy writing/acting can actually improve a production and lead to a sort of campy/cool fandom.

I look at Star Wars as an example. The whole daddy revelation scene in "Empire Strikes Back" is one of the more overacted things in hollywood history, yet it sticks in people's minds as a defining moment, and actually pretty cool, exactly for that reason.

Another famous one is Admiral Ackbars "It's a Trap!" declaration which actually lead to an internet Meme.

It's hard to say in some cases what they are going for, but I suspect some games are guilty of trying to do this kind of thing intentionally but not pulling it off right.
