I did see a sex-scene in the cinema; is this an extended version or something?

Why is this a big deal? I actually consider it kind of cool that the creators didn't shy away from in in fear of being called "FURFAGS!" or some other nonsense.

EDIT - Oops, forgot to add:

Disturbing? Grow a pair

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm rather glad it was cut from the movie.
Agreed. Doesn't need it, especially don't need to enhance the experience.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying sex scenes are bad but some movies really don't need it.

it would probably still be boring like the rest of the movie
Judging by your previous posts you're not to bright, so hush.
I don't care aslong as the Bluray version has 3D, that was epic.
not to bright? why? because i didnt enjoy 3 hours of blue people jumping around in a jungle?
You can't appreciate a good story, judging by your posts you just want to see shit blow up.
Annnd that makes him a bad person, why?

If they just do that weird bonding thing that they do with everything else, does that mean that they are having sex with their horses? o_O

Hang on, she didn't knew until he told her after the whole bumpin'
I believe you missed something. She tried killing him at the beginning of the film because she knew he was an Avatar, but she only stopped because she received a sign from Eywa is it? I'm not sure on the spelling. Hence why the head of the tribe said "We don't allow them here".
Yes, she got a sign from one of the seeds of Eywa about not killing him, but she only knew the Avatars as 'Sky people'.

We're getting off-topic, let's discuss this later in a Msn conversation.

Wait, I'm pretty sure I saw something more suggestive than a sultry kiss when I saw the film in the cinema. Perhaps it's just censored in the US, like certain passages in His Dark Materials.

What part of His Dark Materials was censored in the US?

As soon as I saw what that sense thing in their ponytail did, I KNEW that it would be used for sex with each other. Especially when Grace says something near the start along the lines of "Don't play with that thing, you'll go blind"

"That [scene] will be something for the special edition DVD, if you want to see how they have sex," Cameron said.
"If you want to see how they have sex"? Seriously? That's just weird. But hey, if it ranks up the sales...

Lyra's..um..Sexual maturing. It's not explicit at all.
That's what I heard, anyhow. Although it was on Wikipedia.
