Cracking here too. And some wierd thing with my leg. Whenever I do it it causes a lot of pain. And it takes nothing at all to stop.

I smoke and abuse painkillers every couple of days and I know I have a problem, but I don't want get any help for it.

My worst habit (and really my only truly bad one) is most certainly my propensity to procrastinate. I have the act of procrastination down to a science, and I do it with almost everything. It's occasionally annoying, but I know myself well enough to know I'm gonna procrastinate fixing it forever.

Not getting enough sleep. I just lurk here half of the time, but yet I can never sleep on time.

Also, playing games based on their psychedelic factor.

My cardiologist told me I'd better give up caffeine and fast food if I want to live to 50.

It's very obvious I don't want to live to 50.

Oh yeah. Cracking is like crack to me. The only thing I do as incessantly as that is pick my nails.

Caffeine's up there, too. Maybe it's bad for me, but, hey, with my hours and lifestyle, it's not like I can sleep normally. Until someone comes up with a better idea that actually freaking works as well as coffee and energy drinks, I'm sticking to it.

I'm also the single most committed procrastinator the world has ever seen.

You don't seem either old enough or fat enough to warrant a cardiologist...unless there's something else. I know I wasn't supposed to have caffeine growing up because I had a messed up tricuspid valve. I've been a bit of a caffeine junkie since middle school. Also nail biting, back cracking, etc.

I bite my nails and crack my knuckles a lot, I did just before I posted this response, shows how bad it is! LOL, I want to quit the nail biting... but I just can't stop.

I crack my joints every now and then but I'm not quitting. I also have a really embarrasing bad habit that I don't plan on trying to fix any time soon as nobody has ever had an issue with it. Basically, I have a subtle vocal tick that seemes to occure after I have sex and only if I'm talking. Basically my voice gets shaky. It's not quite a stutter, it's like listening to someone talk while they are cold haha. It's pretty specific for a vocal tick, but I'm not too sure what else it could be.

I am more or less constructed of Dr Pepper Wrapped in Skin. That might be bad...

Seriously, I start my morning with full on the saltiest, caffinated soda available to me ON A GOOD DAY.

Note that I have also developed enough of a Tollerance to Ginseng, Taurine and Guarana to drink 2.5 times the recomended daily level of Rockstar Energy Drink before I feel any remote hyperactivity.
