I have my own mug at home. Drink beer from a glass, Ha. Never on my life. That said I prefer nice strong European beers since pretty much every popular beer (especially corona) tastes like watered down urine (except from corona which tastes like watered down, watered down urine).

Okocim is a Polish beer, grr...

Enjoy your impaired senses, it only hampers your manhood while performing man activities.

Oh, I should mention: this is a man-thread. If you're a lady reading this, you should probably just shuffle off and read some lady-threads.
No, I don't know where to find lady-threads. I am a man. I read man-threads.
Some people will have a field day with statements like those.

It's fucking close to water.
Damn right it is. I remember some family members from Boston who came to visit for a few weeks. My cousin decided to drink with me and my bro. He passed out after 6 beers. [HEADING=3]Six beers.[/HEADING]

When I move to America, I should stick to the five percent beers so I don't become weak...

Ok, so I know I'm a girl but... I really like beer and I do drink it with my man-friends. And I'm told I can be pretty manly, so let's pretend I'm just another man.

[small]please let me be in your man-thread[/small]

*puts on gruff, manly voice*

Doom Bar bitter is godly

It's brewed in Cornwall, England, which is a couple of counties over from where I grew up. I have no idea how popular it is elsewhere, but it's fantastic. I could drink it by the pitcher-full.

EDIT:

I will drink almost anything that is given to me, won't have any of that Budweiser nonsense though.

Being a resident of North Carolina in the good ole US of A, I prefer a local beer that is made a few hours from where I live. Natty Greene's is the particular brewing establishment and their Pale Ale is my particular vice of choice. Also a fan of Maker's Mark whiskey.

I'm a big fan of Heineken and Thooeys Old but if they aren't about Guiness is a bloody good substitute as far as I'm concerned.

Now this is a good fucking beer:

I usually stick to the stronger stuff, but I can't resist one of those. For hot summer days I sure don't mind an ice cold Hertog Jan Weizener, Hoegaarden or a simple Jupiler either. But I'd rather have me one of those.

Westmalle Tripel is a ridiculously good beer, but presumably you mean taste strength not alcohol strength?

*looks at the liquor he has* Nope, alcohol. I mostly drink Bailey's, Jagermeister and the odd glass of whiskey. We don't have proper beers very often, actually. I really should buy some more.

Gah! You're right! Apologies to the Polish for my brain not working properly... possibly due to too much of their beer.

Weak but I would probably pass out after drinking 6 Keiths, too. Not because I can't handle that much, far from it. But because I would rather sleep than drink 7 Keiths let alone 1... ugh.

Ah, thought you were referring to beer period, not all types of alcoholic beverage. Westmalle Tripel is something like 9.5% abv, which leaves stuff like brewdogs more ridiculous options as "stronger stuff" and who the hell drinks those on a regular basis.

Liquors and liqueurs makes just slightly more sense.

I have an on and off attitude to liking beers. I'm talking real beer, not lagers or stouts. Beer is beer, stout is stout and lager is lager, few brands brew between the lines.

I just plainly don't like stouts.

I do enjoy the odd, ice-cold beer on a hot summers day or in a warm pub in the winter, but I haven't established any recognition for any specific brewers yet.

Cyder, however, I had developed a taste for Fosters, Brothers, and Gaymers Pair Cyder; but I don't drink that stuff any more.

Lagers, on the other hand - I have a favourite called Efes Pilsener. It's epic and unique taste has sold me so far. It's all I bought in stores for about a year as pubs never sold it. I'll have Carling, also, but to be honest, currently if it's a brand I've not had yet, I try it.

[Sure, it's a golden liquid; but it tastes like AWESOME and the bottle looks like it could win a bar-fight on its own.]
