Ben Affleck will be the New Batman in Man of Steel sequel: Why the hate?

I thought it woul be funny to show this. It's from an Argentine newspaper, from today.

- So Ben Affleck is going to be the new Batman.
- Crime rate in Gotham will go through the roof... oh the insecurity...

(it's making fun of whiny Arg. types who are always complaining about "insecurity")

Guys...this is a Zack Snyder movie. Even if they cast Daniel Day-Lewis as Batman it would still be terrible.

Look at the bright side. Maybe Affleck will give Snyder a bunch of directing tips and the film will turn out marginally watchable as a result.

it's not so much my logic, it's just the truth of the manner. i don't care if Ben Affleck is casted but a whole $hit load of people are angry because it's NOT Christian Bale. basically, no matter who was going to replace him, people are just upset that Bale is no longer Batman. But you're right, in the long run people will stop complaining and still love Batman because it's Batman. (assuming he does a good job in a good movie)

Umm, sorry for saying this, but many of his films I just checked are awesome for me:

Watchmen? AWESOME!!!
300? AWESOME!!!!!!
Dawn of the Dead? Good movie.
Man of Steel?.....I don't know I didn't watched it...but I hope it is good.

the only movie I didn't liked is Sucker Puch. That all.

I don't understand the negative energy for this specific director.

I am from Greece, so I don't think netflix is a way to watch Breaking Bad....

Unlucky. It is a very good series and bryan cranston is an incredible actor. Id love to see some of walts sinisterness in his portrayal of lex

Nah, screw Netflix. They had an advert for Netflix in my local cinema. The Netflix advert gave away season 4 spoilers for Breaking Bad. I'm only on season 2. It's the third Netflix advert I've seen give away spoilers. I will never ever use the service.

Christian Bale was like no fun, all the time. Plus he had that gross wart or whatever right by his eye that should have totally given his identity away. Also I saw that 2005 (?) Batman movie in German at first, and when I actually first heard his original voice, I literally loled because it sounded so ridiculous.

It was prominently visible in one of the scenes (even with black makeup) where he was talking to some lady, that's how I noticed it in the first place. I'm not a screenshot machine, you know. However, I guess I'll take a moment to point out after looking at your image that that is pretty much the doofiest Batman mask I've ever seen as well. Makes me miss the rubber nipples
