Well, most of these were at least licensed and have a dub on the DVDs so that means an American company does have rights to them. Paranoia Agent I'm sure never made it to TV, but FLCL is a FUNimation series so it probably did once. Bebop,Trigun and a bunch of other appeared on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim at some point, though I cannot say if they ever completed the run (sometimes they cancelled early). And a fair number of these you can buy in stores, such as Best Buy and FYE which have mediocre and decent selections respectively (at least the ones I shop at. Best Buy always sucks no matter what one I go into). Also, Amazon is your friend.
