Charon from Fallout 3 <3
And the Companion Cube, but Charon comes first becuse the Companion Cube had the color pink on it. Pink eats your toes while you sleep.

Mickey from Kingdom Hearts 2. You know, when your ass was kicked and then you might have a chance at playing a badass.

Absolutely Yorda from ICO and Agro the horse from Shadow of the Colossus. Both made you genuinely care about them (unless you are a heartless beast- many people are) and Agro is the most amazingly well-rendered animal ever to appear in a video game, despite not being motion captured but actually manually animated.

Dogmeat. Who's a cute Doggie-Woggie, yes you are!
This. Or Garrus.

Wait, a Fallout Mass Effect crossover... I think I'm onto something here. The Capital Wasteland. IN SPACE.

Oh wait, Mothership Zeta is released soon. I've been beaten to it.
If they reference ME in MZ, that would be cool.
No, no it wouldn't be cool. For starters it wouldn't make sense. They are two separate and different universes. A reference would be out of place.

I have to say I liked the support characters of the Arbiter and Cortana in the Halo games. The former for his character and the latter for her wit.

Both character and wit however can be said for the winner of this post, the one game character above all others that I love bringing with me and working with. He's got wit and character depth in equal supply and is everything that a certain game required. Here he is people:

Can't believe only four other people have said this, but Agro from Shadow of the Colossus, all the way! He's the only companion for miles around that isn't either a lizard, a colossus, or a dead girl, and he does a damn good job at keeping you company. Not to mention he fearlessly stands up to colossi for you, and
sacrifices his own life for yours by the end.
