I haven't played Portal much to my dismay but I have heard lots of good things about GlaDOS.

Max, from Sam and Max. The only cute character I have ever seen in a game which I do not want to kill.

Master Hand from Super Smash. Because if he gives you the finger he can also destroy you with it.

GLaDOS from Portal. Because all the cool kids are doing it.

SHOUDAN from System Shock. Anyone willing to try that hard deserves at least a mention.

Uke from Toribash. Because he's willing to take all my abuse and rage, and still not scream.
