Bear in mind that this game was made in 1991, and it predates Half-Life's melding of cinematics and gameplay by six years. Oh, and in the Hi res version it STILL looks fantastically stylish.

I totally agree about AW. I remember that I died 4-5 times before i realised that intro is over :).

MechWarrior 2 always has a special place in my heart (FREEBIRTH!!!!!!!! :gets DFA'd:)
The origional Red Alert (Einstien saying "Only time will tell..." as he adjusts his watch and hell march kicks in is AWESOME!)
C&C 95 earns the WTF award (The intro was basically flipping through the TV channels in that world with everything from news, analysis, childrens shows, and daytime dramas being shown.)
