Starcraft and Brood War...epic.
Warcraft 3...I love those "this is the beginning of the end" intros.
Diablo 2...love how the title appears.
Assassin's Creed...badass, and yet you can basically do everything shown in that trailer except the crossbow (yes, it was the teaser trailer back in 2006 too).
Killzone...such a cool premise.

I'm of two minds about this, really.
On one hand, we have the really artsy looking intro which is completely non-interactive, but hey, it looks good:
On the other hand, we have the intro which is much may not look as good, but it is more suitable for a game because it is interactive.
Which is better? Neither - I wouldn't say interactive art is better than non-interactive art any more than I could say a sculpture is better than oil, or vice versa. Completely different tangents.

For me it's gotta be Halo CE. The intro is so awesome, especially the part when Sarge Johnson gives his speech to the marines. Johnson: "Am I right?" Marines: "Sir, Yes Sir!" Johnson: "Damn right I am"
Mine would have to be Call of Duty 4, Mirrors Edge and Left 4 Dead (anyone notice that everyone of this forum LOVES L4D)
StarCraft: BW definitely
HL, then HL2 gave me a fuckin geekgasm
Warhammer 40,000: DoW was friggin awesome, also had me a geekgasm
HL2ep1's was pretty cool to see the G-Man distressed
Age of Empires was fuckin epic
I rather did like Battlefield 1942's opening, it was pretty sick
Also Marvel Ultimate Alliances was pretty sick as well

Vagrant Story's intro (and if you let the movie go by itself, there were actually 3 different intros) if you've never played this shapespearean action-rpg from square, then check out youtube right away. it blew my mind back in the days

Unreal and Doom 3 both had incredible in-game walk-around intros...
Half-life's intro was pretty great too.
If you mean intro movie/cutscene, I have way too many to list that I loved. I can't pick just one, or even put them in order, but for now I'll just list stuff I've thought of. Fallout series since I've been playing 3 and 2 again recently. Supreme Commander's is pretty well done. Total Annihilation's was pure awesome. Warcraft 2 was good, Starcraft:BW's was good...I could name plenty that were pretty sweet.
Hell, the dominion:storm over gift 3 intro, like, I thought I was the only person on the planet who ever played that game, but apparently not. I didn't remember the intro being so kickass until just now, though. The mechwarrior series always had great intros...

Command and Conquer. (original, though red alert 1 was hilariously awesome too. ("Sooner or later, time will tell.."))
I loved the C&C intro because it had some awesome explosions, some dark comedy, and hell, it was a citizen browsing TV channels and you learned about both factions and some events going on in the news from it. I know it's been done before, but I thought it was pretty cool at the time.

FFVI, VII, VIII, and God of War made me happy. Shadow of the Collossus really set the tone and atmosphere really well and made me want more. So did Ico.
