Was wondering if you'd mention that. *glances at your avatar*NeutralDrow said:If I'm allowed to bring up a questionable game type, then I'll add Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night for sheer atmosphere.

I always liked the opening riff of that one more than the rest of the song. The few strings in the beginning always made me think "well, that story is over, but it, and all the others, still go on." And for some reason, it reminds me of cherry blossoms, so it really fit the two Heaven's Feel endings well.Dorian Cornelius Jasper said:Was wondering if you'd mention that. *glances at your avatar*NeutralDrow said:If I'm allowed to bring up a questionable game type, then I'll add Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night for sheer atmosphere.
But Fate had some really great music. Especially the music that plays during ending scenes--that brings a tear to my eye just about every time. Especially when the beat starts playing underneath the strings. What was the track called again?
Actually, when I noticed that your link had a playlist on the side, I took a look through it and found the song I meant! It was New Dawn, [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fPEeaBhZoc&feature=PlayList&p=746EB55527A6A284&index=26] apparently.NeutralDrow said:(snip)
on a similar vein; the 2008 Prince of Persia.Synthautic said:I'd have to say Assassin's Creed's scoring was done rather exceptionally, specifically the track "Access the Animus."
Oh, that one! Sorry, thought you meant the ending credits. Yeah, I like that one, too (especially since it helped ease some of the sting at the end of Fate).Dorian Cornelius Jasper said:Actually, when I noticed that your link had a playlist on the side, I took a look through it and found the song I meant! But yeah, Type-Moon games have some good mood-setting music. Which is the entire point of BGM, so I'd say they're exemplary for their kind!
(And I would be remiss if I didn't recognize a Type-Moon character. My first proper Internet expedition was on the Beast's Lair [http://nrvnqsr.proboards.com/index.cgi?] boards.)
