Jade cocoon, i realise there is already another Jade cocoon game, but in all honesty that game was a heap, and it'd be an ideal world if they did it better.

also, i'm aware that Ico is, in essence the "sequal" to SoC, in the same way the entire Metal gear series is the sequal to MGS3:Snake eater.

In essence it makes sense, but practically, the game is still without a sequal at least in my opinon.

StarCraft, yes I know they announced SC2 awhile ago but who the hell knows when that'll come out?

Fine, I won't cheat like that.

Star Wars: Pod Racer, the best sci-fi racing game ever.

Xenogears.

Although the ending doesn't leave much for one.
Xenogears doesn't need a sequel. Xenogears needs someone to go back and insert about 20 or so hours of gameplay between the 10 or so hours of cutscenes on disk two, so it doesn't feel like I'm watching a slideshow with the occasional boss battle stuck in to make sure the player hasn't gone off to take a nap. Preferably the design team that made the game in the first place.

It was supposed to be like the 1st disk all the way though. They just ran out of money/time. Damn shame too.

Elite Beat Agents. Atleast an American sequel, I really want to dance to "Mama Mia" while rythimatically tapping to the beat.
You know... I just played this in my head. I would love this as a EBA2 song.
I could see the situation now, a man is trying to win over a ladys heart but he has to prove to the parents just how worthy he is and goes through 3 trials to show his fiance's parents just how worthy he is.

Then in the end it would be all like, "Yeah! Good job...son!"

"Thanks...dad!"

And then there'd be tears followed by a wedding.

IT. WOULD. BE. AWESOME!!

I threw up a little in my mouth upon reading this.

Pod racing was the shit!! Another pod racing game would be awesome. We need more non realistic racing game like that. The only other awesome future racers there is are F-zero and wipeout.

The 3 trials would be, in order:

Pig Wrestling: Succeed=Man sitting ontop of the pig triumphantly, father gives a wink and thumbs up. Failure=Same thing except pig sits on top, father gets one of those anime angry faces with a glare in his eyes.

Eating contest: S=Man quickly eating everything left on his plate with the father passed out from exhaustion, wife smiles in an animeish way. F=Vice versa, wife has a glare in her eyes.

Keeping the father's and wife's kid under control: S=Man gets the kid to sleep, both parents smile. F=Kid messes up the house, both parents glare at the man.

I'm tellin' ya, more people would pay for EBA2 than Lips that I guarantee you.

There was a rumor that Livin' La Vida Loca was supposed to be in the first game but didn't make it or something. That should be in the sequel too. Teaching some kid how to dance.

I'd like to see a sequel or a new story based on the Ninja Five-O game for the Gameboy Advance. I'd like to see it on the DS or maybe even a 3-D version for the Xbox 360. That is a challenging yet fun game. I love playing ninjas. The way you use the grappeling hook to get to other areas of the stage is neat. I also like the aspect of having to rescue the hostages without them getting killed. Also the element where you get different ninja weapons and abilities by killing certain bad guys and then picking up the icon that changes your suit as well as giving you the different ability. What's different about it is that you have the more powerful attack but you also have to continue to be strategic and not forget to dodge enemy shots as getting hit makes you go back to your normal suit and abilities. Neat concept that adds depth to the game. If you haven't played it in a while or not at all, get a cartridge of it and try it out. It's more challenging than it might appear at first. I actually like it better than Ninja Gaiden.

My vote goes to Star Wars: Republic Commando. That game practicly ended saying "there will be a sequal" and yet I haven't heard anything even hinting at the possiblity of one. It was also one of the few (the only?) games that had inteligent A.I. that could fight without you and even revive you.

Make that 2 billion. One of my favorite games from PS2.
