Not if you go by the item description from 1 and 2, which has it as a hand modified .223 hunting rifle.

My mistake, thought you were talking about the Blade Runner gun in the photo. That's definitely a .44 magnum Bulldog revolver inside a Steyr-Mannlicher SL rifle reciever. It's also the best movie gun ever.

The Gorgon Machine Pistol from the Gears 3 Beta. A full-auto handgun with better recoil reduction than the Retro Lancer but kills much quicker and you can fire it while using a meatshield. I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes an issue that requires a patch in the retail version. I love exploiting overlooked somewhat unbalanced weapons.

I really took a liking to the Phalanx pistol from some of the latest Mass Effect 2 DLC. Love the targeting laser and just has a great shot sound effect to it- makes you want to keep using it.
