Actually, Guild Wars has more than I can think of. It's pretty awesome. I quite liked it, when I played, if I would get a reference and my friends would not. Made me feel educated

Most games nowadays seem to have some sort of reference at one point or another. Even solemn games like Gears of War have their humorously named achievements, eg "It's a Trap!" "Friends with Benefits" "Once More With Feeling", or Resident Evil 5 "Egg on Your Face" "They're ACTION Figures!

Can't come up with one specific, but most of the remarks in GTA4 are quite funny and don't drop below the average, so that's good.

I find that all of the dialogue is funny, and some of it laugh-out-loud funny.

OT: I've played quite a few games in my life and overall the games that take themselves less seriously I much prefer. But my favorite game series would have to be Oddworld as it was one of the first games I ever played and I found it quite funny but I can't think of any particular joke to mention. (Also can't wait for the 5th Oddworld.)
