I think Metal Gear has some of the best..the speech's are awesome, even though it seems like there's more of those than there are actual gameplay sequences, but that's fine.

A lot of Mass Effect 2 conversations between Joker and EDI, my particular favourite being the part where he's giving her control during the mini-mission where you play him:
