Best RPG(s) You've ever Played

Mass Effect takes my number one spot, closely in number two is a tie with Oblivion and Fallout 3.

The World Ends With You, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, Disgaea 2, and Tales of Symphonia still remain some of my favourite RPGs, but one of my lesser known gems is Threads of Fate, on the original Playstation. That was my first RPG, and it's just kinda stuck on me over all the years... I still find myself going back to it every now and again and smiling in nostalgic bliss =]

Seriously. I loved that game, and even have the music on my mp3 player. I used to put Rue in the forest where enemies wouldn't spawn just so I could clean the house to pleasant tuneage. The stump at the beginning was the perfect spot.

Oblivions mightiness utterly destroy other rpgs. i revelled in the world of cyrodiil for like 200 hours. it was awesome.

The Star Ocean series, they are RPG's that just happen to have a "J" in the front. Very fulfilling storyline.

Baldur's Gate II, hands down, is the single greatest RPG ever made, ever.

and hmm...Mass Effect..was good but not that ..so Oblivion ^^..for western xP.

Best Japanese one: Chrono Trigger, the only RPG I've ever actually bothered to finish.

Best Western one: Fallout 3, the only reason I haven't finished it is because it kept glitching out and breaking my computer.

The best RPG I have ever played is Pokemon. Honestly how many other games have you sold your soul to and bought more times than Pokemon? It's probably the most popular RPG in the world.
