After seeing a bit of the rally, I have to say once you get down to the actual politics, the 'voices of reason' at this rally aren't much different then most uninformed liberals.
Best parts are all the people who say 'calling Obama is a Nazi is wrong, but it was fine when we did it to Bush, because he deserved it.' and the guy who thinks that Keynesian deficit spending is actually a good thing.
Indeed, that's true, but a lot of people I know were trumpeting this as a 'return to rational political rallies in America' (mostly just big Jon Stewart fans I know). It's really not, it's just the left-wing/liberal version of a Glenn Beck rally. I severely doubt that a lot of the people in these rallies know much about politics besides the propaganda(for lack of a better word) they are spoon fed. For every Tea Partier that has really bizarre views on immigration, there's a liberal that just doesn't know how the economy works. Both of these people are a problem, as they force even more ignorance into politics. Doesn't matter what 'side' you're on in the political debate, no one is going to restore sanity.
