I hope you mean The Final Hour. I love that one.

However, my favourite has to go to Bloody Tears. Only song I've ever seen that is good in every version.

Oh no, I MEANT the Moon Theme. Go listen to it if you haven't heard it, it's from the Ducktales game on the NES and is hands down got to be the best song on the NES.
Also someone mentioned Gerudo valley, and Chrono Trigger (Black Wind Blows...love it!), this is why I couldn't make a list, I'd forget something and I'd feel bad!
*EDIT* Is that The Final Hour from Onimusha 2? Also, Castlevania IV soundtrack rocks my socks!
