That guy is a damn good planner.

He never posed much of a challenge (although I don't remember a lot of childhood; I could be completely wrong and many controllers were snapped in half as a result), but Dr. Robotnik never ceased to amaze me with his weird-ass inventions for killing me. I never did beat Sonic Spinball or 3D Blast.

I think the main villain from the Watchmen, if we're doing movies/graphics novels, although it's hard to judge just because everything he says about his plan being for the greater good is true. Difficult to come to terms with.

True, out of all the villains I have seen only him and the joker get my vote.
