I like the name Canis Canem Edit, but renaming it "Bully" was a bit... lame I guess...

It was the other way around if I recall. It was meant to be called Bully, but was renamed Canis Canem edit for countries that didn't appreciate "Bully" as a name... like Australia and the UK, for example.

you make a good point, but wouldn't you know it was a final fantasy game anyway, even if they did change the name a bit? authors dont just add numbers on to the end of novel titles when they write sequals, so why should games have to?

I like to have my games on my shelf in order. The numbers help that by miles. And I would actually prefer novel writers to have numbers. Not only numbers, but always numbers.

Worst Game Name - Assassin's Creed, I mean, come on! "Let me just pull out this 'ere scroll, find the names of some guys that this 'ere (yeah me) assassin has to go and PWN!"

Although both are epic games.
