A dirge is a generally mornful tune/song. Cerberus is the name of a mythical three headed hound that stands guard at the gates of the underworld to keep the dead from escaping to the land of the living. Thus, the title simply means "Mournful song of the guardian of hell". One can readily imagine that such a guardian has much to regret throughout the endless existance.Triarius492 said:

I never understood "DONKEY Kong"...it seems silly but I guess when you're a giant gorilla throwing barrels no one's gonna say anything about it
honestly many titles these days I don't think are by any definition outright BAD (if anything, adjectives such as tacky, generic, silly, egregious, pompous, oxidizing...are more appropriate)

I suspect the worst name is probably "Holy Invasion Of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This?". Hard to top that.
