Best would Be Ratchet ( Future Series) and clank I would just spark a normal conversation while in the end I would ask Ratchet for a groovitron and maybe his PSN, as well as to let me borrow the RYNO V if he'll let me. Personality wise, the Worst would be ANY Main character in ANY JRPG since Final Fantasy 7 (other than the ones from joke/parody games like Disgaea).

Best: The Illusive Man. Think about it: No one else in the room, no security cameras, reasonably sure about him being actually there, your fists...you can do the math.
