I'll accept that. Just in case of any possible deterring; Could you please apologize to the Atheists for saying they're a religion? Come now, it's what Jesus would do!
Well, no. Because as Root has described much better than I ever could, it's still technically a religion.
I think he said that Atheists put in a religious belief system, but the true Atheist would disregard all religious context.

So Atheists sort of have a belief system. Will that please everyone?

This would be the most boring program ever.

"You're a superhero? Oh cool! What's your superpower?"

"...I pray really, really hard."

".....Where's that Bat-Signal thing?"

...priceless and mind-boggling.
But for the last time, Atheism is not a religion. It's in fact, the opposite.

Bibleman is old news.
And who cares? It's just another way of entertaining kids with a message that suits and flows with their up-bringing.
It may not make sense to you, but that's because it's not for you! You aren't the target audience.

And if this thread just turns into another Christian bashing thread, it'll be done.
You've been warned. Play nice.
These are pretty much my exact thoughts. I've never heard of the show before this, but mostly I am in the same mindset as this guy.

It looks ridiculously camp, cheesey and I don't think you should take it too seriously
It's like if you started taking comic book science literally

Atheism is NOT a religion, it is the lack thereof. "a-theism"
Actually, alot of people say otherwise. Technically, Atheism is a belief in nothing, hence, still a belief.
Holy shit, this again? Don't try to tell someone who denies that Atheism is a religion what they believe... nothing is a bigger piss off. If you can't take it as lack of belief, then perhaps think of it like;

I, personally, do not BELIEVE that there is no God. Based on every, single bit of scientific evidence that I have come across for or to the contrary, I KNOW at this point that there is no God.

Whatever it takes.
But then how can you explain the banana?

I mean, it comes in a biodegradable wrapper, fits perfectly in your hand, and has an ez-open top already installed. OBVIOUSLY a jesusmade? product.

If thats not suitable scientific evidence, well, then i guess nothing is!

My neighbors when I was five tried to make my family religious and so they gave us a bunch of these taped.
Reminds me of the time the Jehovah's Witness' next door kept pestering us until my brother told them we practiced Wicca. Also, Shadow of Doubt is THE new Billie Jean.

I remember watching this and thinking, " They combined the Power Rangers and religion! They combined two boring, bland things and made a tv series." Seriously, how disillusioned with what is and what isn't entertaining do you have to be to think this is a good idea? I guess I was wrong if this shit has lasted for 10 years.
