What? People are quitting every game with big beasts? That's what QQing means, not crying.

Anyways, there's nothing wrong with a female character with big breasts if it's done right; real women have small, medium, and big breasts and so can female game characters. There's a wrong way and a right way to do everything, making a character big-breasted solely to sell your game is not the right way.

Wrong. QQ means quit crying.

Contrary to popular belief, QQ is not a set of crying eyes. It actually originated with the advent of Warcraft II. On battlenet, you could press ALT+Q+Q to immediately exit the match and program. Thus the term "QQ" was to tell people to just quit because they are unskilled. The term later developed and lost it's origin and is usually mistaken as crying eyes.

When you cater to the lowest common denominator, and later try to go back and add class, the result comes across as being stupid.

It would take a genius to make the "Well-Characterized Sex Symbol" gag work without being a parody (the closest I can think of is Jennifer from Disgaea, which is a parody of...everything really).

Well as much as I love my right to view gorgeous, plentiful, bouncy, breasts in my games, I will always find a woman like Samus Aran or, more importantly, Alyx Fucking Vance, infinitely more appealing than the lovely Lara Croft. The beautiful Tifa Lockhart will always take the top spot though. I think she had the Mary Jane effect on me.

I don't think it is set below that for any male character above 14.

I never thought that the new Lara looked angsty, people use realism a lot these days for concept art for games, but I do think that she looked appropriately dirty and all around more real- what with the dirt, blood and fatigue on her from someone that adventures all around, getting into ridiculous scenarios, and actually looking prepared for them. When I saw the redesign art, I was reminded of that great quote from Raiders of the Lost Ark, "It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage..."

I think the new Lara is far sexier than the original. But then, I like girls that are willing to get their hands dirty and don't particularly like large, gigantic breasts
