for me, i really hated fable 2. I thought because they took so long to make the game, it would have a long storyline. but noooooo.
Even the most rudimentary of Yahtzee fan should know better than to expect all they promise for a Fable game.

The most rudimentary human being should have realised that the Molyneux speaks only lies.

GTA IV PC port was done horrifically, but it's still GTA IV, I supppose. It just screams "we had to put this out before christmas."

The new Golden Axe.
That Castlevania fighting game sucked too. Judgement I think it was called.
Sonic Unleashed.
Legendary (note I wasn't looking forward to it, but it looked like it could be something new)

That sums it up.

Fallout 3 was very nice, though I expected it to be different, but overall, I'm extremely satisfied with it.

I learned real quick to take whatever Peter Molyneux says about his games and expect none of it to be in the actually be in the games. Leaves a lot more room for not disappointments!

For me Gears 2, i never played Gears one and the multiplayer isn't as fun as people let it on to be. Horde mode was fun for a bit but after you've played it all 20 times it kinda get boring. Single player wasn't all to fun either.

Red Alert 3. It had none of the game mechanics of the previous Red Alerts.

It may as well have been Generals 2.

Spore and Fable II. I had been waiting for spore since 2003-2004 and had patently took it every time it was delayed, saying to myself it would just be better when it came out. yeah that didn't work out so great.

Fable II. I expected that Peter had learned from hes previous mistake and wasn't over hyping the game, but nope, the guy know no bounds. If his game is going to have a physics engine, he says its going to be "The best physics engine ever" and that it's going "revolutionize the game industry"... but no what we get is the left over physics engine for some other game or something.

*sigh*

why cant we just have "most surprisingly good game of 2008" or sum, I'm in a mood to be cheered up.
