Area: England

Name: Will Galloway

Nationality: Irish, but born in England.

Age: 26

Education: Studied Engineering and Mechanics at the University of London

Affiliation: Rebel (in secret)

Appearance: Brown hair, green eyes, pale skin. Athletic, but not too muscley. Often seen wearing overalls. Otherwise seen in jeans, a t-shirt and jacket.

Familial status: Single, likes a girl

Social Status: Working Class Engineer

Notable Skills: Will works at the rebel base and spends his time trying to figure out the mysteries behind the rebel tech with reverse engineering. He has some combat training from the rebel facilities, but he mainly specialises in Tech, remote espionage and strategy.

Personal Philosophy: Will is very flexible in what he believes, although his main goal is to forcefully overcome the aliens, and use that as a stepping stone which might lead him to pioneer contact with deep space. He is not very violent, but is prepared to sacrifice everything for his ultimate goals.

Bio: Born in England, Will comes from a traditionally Irish family. He has lived his whole life in occupation and it was only since he finished his engineering course at University did he realise that with skills like his, he could aid the resistance.

Furthermore, the parents of the girl he likes were killed by the Aliens, which has been another driving force for him to assist the rebels in trying to drive them out.

He has sworn to get them out of this world, and so far, he's been pretty successful.
Well.. Im gonna say its pending. Your character seems a bit too proffecient in fighting Aliens. To put it bluntly, I have nothing against blank slates. Your character has a lot of developement in the characterdepartment left to finish and im fine with that. However.

"He has sworn to get them out of this world and so far he has been successful!"

Sort of suggests that the resistance movement his in is winning? Or that his a pretty awesome guy. Now nothing wrong with that, but I'd like you to show 'why' his awesome by explaining about about 'how' he has been succesfull. How has this mere human engineer managed to outsmart and defeat ( In several conflicts in order to be pretty succesful) A hyperadvanced Alien race.

Area: Australia
Name: Hiko Tatewaike (known by most people as the Voltorb)

Nationality:Japanese, his family moved to Australia by stowing away on a cargo ship two years ago.

Age: 35

Education: master's in human psychology, with a minor in mechanical engineering. has since used them to plant bombs in Alien-supporter groups and buildings.

Affiliation: Rebel(known by his alias)

Appearance: 5'6", 120 pounds, black hair, olive skin, brown eyes, nothing really distinguishing him from anyone else besides him being Japanese in Australia. He has a barely visible scar over his left hand from a childhood accident with a paring knife.

Familial status: Has a dead wife back in Japan, but brought his kids with him, Shizune,15, and Kuno,13. Though they have begun to show interest in what their father does in the basement panic room.

Social Status Free man, outside the occupied zone, but makes occasional forays into the occupied zone to plant bombs and gather materials.

Notable Skills: some experience with firearms, but nothing noteworthy, so he doesn't normally carry one. He competed in local martial art competitions, enough to take on most police and guards, but not enough for actual trained individuals. Some understanding of how basic tech works, but not enough to do much more than tell you if it's real or not.

Personal Philosophy: Protect his family at all costs, and make the supporters of their oppressors pay for what they did to his wife.

Bio: Hiko was born just before the war broke out and grew up during the early years of the occupation. He went to TokyoU, and got his degree which is where he met his wife. For the next decade, he worked in the human resources office of a major corporation as a counselor. He came across an employee that had been tampering with the Alien technology and got dragged into it by association. His wife was ripped to shreds after he and the kids returned from a walk. He gathered what he could before fleeing the country, knowing now that his mechanical minor made him the next target. Since then, he has taken on the guise of Voltorb, his favorite pokemon from his childhood, known for explosions, and took it as a sign for what he must do. Since then, he's used his degrees to his advantage, making bombs that he inscribes with his signature, a Voltorb carved into the casing of the bomb. He sometimes plants them himself, but doesn't like to do it, on account of his children, he doesn't want them growing up without family of any kind, and he doesn't want them following in his footsteps.

He has sworn to get them out of this world, and so far, he's been pretty successful in the development of his first piece of comabt weaponry, called the acid bullet.

The acid bullet is like normal bullets, except at the tip, it contains a solution of highly acidic nitric acid, which will burn through most metals. Will hasn't tested this on anything yet, but he hopes to.

Moreover, he is in the process of working out how to tactically use these in the field of battle, as the alien weaponry is hyperadvanced.

Well. . . A couple of flaws, merely lorebased. First of all, the resistance in England hasnt really gone fully gung-ho yet. And its far from a battlefield, the law enforcement in the area are mainly human (Mostly human, almost only human) So I dont think you have to worry about their weaponry. But I dont think theres a lot of chance of you having an improved advanced weapon. A good engineer would probably be able to make himself an improved normal weapon ^^. . . I would like you to have something to work for ingame. Materials for advanced weapon research, is hard to come by. speccialy for somebody working without funding. And you havent had time to gather everything on your own as you are... only 26. You were born after the occupation and as such I dont think they teach you weapon-making in the uni engineer course. So, have your engineer learn how to walk before he starts building plasma weaponry. Have him build a normal gun perhaps? Those are hard enough to come by in a pacifist nation occupied by a hypertechnological alien race.

Colour me THIS IS THE GREATEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN!
So yeah, feel free to criticize this.
Area: Mexico
Name: Robert Sinclair
Nationality: Californian. Smuggled into Mexico for a job by an unknown organisation, drugged and woke up in a desert with a briefcase holding his instructions and a revolver.
Age: Mid 30s
Education: Top schooling available in his area, and books he stole, found or was given to satisfy what the mandated content of the education system could not. See bio for extra detail.
Affiliation: Mercenary, industrial spy for hire.
Appearance: Tall and semi thick set, with tight brown curls and a few days worth of beard on his face. Dark violet eyes and an unremarkable face showing signs of damage from past conflicts.
Familial status: Alone.
Notable skills: Adept at using and keeping firearms in working condition, lock picking, knowledge of the alien script and language.
Personal philosophy: Anarchist, there shouldn?t even be a government, and it sure as hell shouldn?t be some goddamn aliens who into came into power because of the failure of previous human ones. But the first step is removing the oppressor that so many seem complacent with.
Bio: Born in the town of Twentynine Palms in the Mojave desert Sinclair became used to its harsh environment, and was always simmering with anger about the occupation of earth. To ensure his anger did not overtake he exercised in the desert, running, lifting and throwing rocks, sit ups, to build up his strength for the revolution he felt must be coming. On one of his runs he came across a cave system set deep in the desert, away from any other life, inhabited by a group of anarchists who had slipped away from the aliens early in the occupation, and based their lifestyle on that of the Fremen from Frank Herbert?s Dune. They gave him a copy of their handbook, which was select passages from Dune and various anarchist books and pamphlets. They undertook dangerous jobs for anyone who wanted them, and trained Sinclair to become one of them, teaching him how to use weapons, how to fight, and also training his mind with their library of books they had carried away in the hope of building a utopia. They warned him if the threat of organised power and religions, Bliss in particular. He was soon one of their key members, but the age of some members and the nature of their work thinned the numbers. Eventually he was the only one left.
One day someone left the signal they had a job they needed doing. Upon reaching the meeting point he was drugged into a stupor. The next thing he remembered was the dust slamming into him as he was thrown onto the desert floor with a briefcase after him, then a car speeding away. Opening the briefcase he found he needed to join his employer?s gang and kill an informer.
After successfully doing so he was contacted and decided to stay in Mexico and offer his services to the highest bidder, retrieving the precious books from the now empty cave first.

Looks nice, though after his first job he returned to the USA, got the books and then back to Mexico? Think this part over.
Did they teach a young boy how to use guns? Also, lock-picking. There are human and there are Alien locks. I assume you know just how to do Human locks. Furthermore, there are two species (Sorry for saying that even if it's not in the first post as I have yet to complete it) so you'd know the language of which one? The first occupies the UK, Australia, has posts in North America, Asia (Kyushu Island) and middle east. Other has Parts of Mexico, India, Posts in S. America and Africa.

Area: UK - England

Name: Brian Bennett

Nationality: English

Age: 20

Education: Academic education is minimal, literacy and numeracy at an 'adequate' level. However he has an ignored knowledge gained from the Alien workplace. *What types of work would an English worker/slave be doing for the Alien race, what are they manufacturing in England?*

Affiliation: Addict

Appearance: Starved and almost emaciated in figure with tufts of hair missing from the scalp and a haggard expression nearly permanently residing on his gaunt face.

Familial status: Single

Social Status: Mere worker

Notable Skills: Any skills needed for the workplace. *What What types of work would an English worker/slave be doing for the Alien race, what are they manufacturing in England?*

Personal Philosophy: "Keep quiet and do what you're told, don't deviate and what ever you do, make sure you submit!"

Brian was born with the oppressive nature of the Alien occupation in full swing. Brian had: little hope of a childhood, a bare essentials education and a life of drudgery waiting for him in adult life. Born from an unremarkable father and an outspoken mother, Brian's early years were remarkably boring. It was the sight of his mother being dragged out of the house, screaming about forgotten religions and oppressed rights, that produced even the barest hint of emotion from Brian. But it didn't take long for his father to quell even this flicker of emotion with a speech that would follow Brian throughout his childhood.

"Keep quiet and do what you're told, don't deviate and what ever you do, make sure you submit!"

It's not surprising that the allure of pills which could leave you in a blissful stupor was strong for Brian, even if you didn't follow the religion, and at a young age he was hooked. His after school hours were made up of an apathetic blur of begging and stealing to fund his habit. Years passed and the only constants in Brian's life are his father's words, a life of fulfilling the needs of his superiors as a minimum wage, glorified automaton and the promise of bliss once his days work is finished.

Is there a street name for the drug?

Alien occupied Earth you say? Have you been reading my journal or something? This sounds awesome.
Area: UK

Name: Theodore "Theo" Wash

Nationality: American-English

Age: 29

Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering

Affiliation: London Rail Transportation (employer), leaning towards rebels but not fully invested

Appearance: 6'1", medium build, short brown hair, dark blue eyes.

Familial status: Single

Social Status: Lower-middle class. Works as an engineer on star ships, which earns him decent pay for a human.

Notable Skills: Adequate firearms skills, understands basic language of (whatever race owns England), understanding of some alien technology.

Personal Philosophy: Communist. Theo has secretly obtained and read through the works of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Mao Zedong, and others and firmly believes that a united communist Earth would be best for humanity.

Bio: The Wash family, like many others, immigrated from the United States to Europe pre-invasion to escape an increasingly oppressive government. Theo's parents wound up in the slums surrounding London, slums that now housed many other American immigrants. Theo was born in one of these slums post-invasion, and so has known no other life but one under the alien regime. Despite alien policy regarding human education, Theo's parents managed to get him into a private school of technology were he discovered a passion for building and engineering. Although he was not allowed to learn much history, he also found himself interested in old political philosophy. During the later stages of his education, Theo managed to smuggle some old books into the country, such as the "Communist Manifesto" and "The Prince", and began reading through them religiously. By the time he became a fully qualified engineer, Theo had already decided that he wanted to work towards a communist government. Once qualified, Theo got a job with the local railroad company, London Rail Transportation (rough translation). About 3 years into this job, Theo was approached by one of his co-workers in private and was asked to join the resistance. He declined, but swore that he wouldn't rat anyone out. The next day the co-worker mysteriously vanished, either taken by the government or fleed to the resistance. Although the man was gone, the idea of joining still lingers in Theo's mind, and recently he has seriously considered it, though has yet to act on it.
Just let me know if this conflicts with anything (which I'm sure it does) and I'll happily change it.

I removed that part. As for the rest of your points.

I was imagining him being late teens/early twenties at that point; he was taught to pick human locks and is fluent in the language/text of the aliens in Mexico, although he probably has a basic understanding of the other.

Name of the drug is Bliss. I think the sheet looks alright. Keep in mind that the Alien occupation is sort of passive-aggressive. They mostly work through the actual goverment and you dont see them have much of an effect safe for the massive cut in social-security and military spending.

I tried to make this character as balanced as possible, Tell me if there's any problems.

Area: the UK, England.

Name: Colin Sunwood

Nationality: English.

Age: 38.

Education: Advanced general healthcare, Practical emergency first aid experience.

Affiliation: Allied to the ruling government via career in the Military and police health services.

Appearance: 5ft 8inches, non-athletic but slim built, Usually wears plain shirts tie and trousers when off duty and a lab coat when he is. Cropped lightbrown hair with early flecks of grey, Always carries a pair of reading glasses and a penlight.

Familial status: Single, But parents and siblings survive elsewhere outside immediate travel range.

Social Status: Middle class worker, Would be well off if not for the alien occupation.

Notable Skills: Medical training for patent recovery as well as immediate aid for serious wounds, Has scattered knowledge of the alien agenda through patients but nothing of practical value, Once performed an emergency recovery of an alien during a riot and so knows a little of alien inner anatomy, Is recognised by enforcement in his local area and tends to be given slightly more liberty than the average citizen but is still subject to the same tight laws.

Personal Philosophy: Having grown up and been educated during the alien takeover living with aliens is very much he norm for him, Although he does recognise that life was better when humans had the planet to themselves. He does not wish for a mass extermination of alien kind but certainly sees the merit in humanity being given control of its own destiny as he seriously questions their motives. He has not worked towards accomplishing this goal particularly hard aside from offering aid to wounded rioters as he does not initially believe resistance will be successful.

Bio: Raised during the fall of earth his early memories are confusing and generally unpleasant, During adulthood he had garnered the skill necessary to practice medicine and went on to work as a police surgeon in order to gain some trust from the otherwise dystopian life on the streets. Through his career he has tended to rioters, rebels, citizens crushed under the heel of the law, Military and police enforcers and even the occasional alien. After seeing the effects of subjugation from wounded rebels brought to him he has little faith left in the resistance movement and can only hope for as painless an assimilation into the aliens plans as possible.

First of all - There is a long way to go. We need about 4-6 players for each area and enough GMs for those.
Sorry to disappoint you, but you should wait longer so other people will have the chance to join just like how you did.

Accepted, good to have at least one older person in the group.
