Looks, attitude/personality, and capability- pick any two. You rarely get all three in the same person.
My point being, looks only go so far. I have no patience for beautiful people who think the world should be served up to them on a silver platter.

Bill Shatner never did it for me
Captain Picard however, he was awesome
He never seemed to feel the need to self silioquise things to himself

which is it worse to be - disgusted with your own body image or in love with your body-image?

Disgusted is worse. If there's one thing I've learned it's that it's really easy to fake modesty.

I concur lol life's too short to get depressed about what you've got, and being cut-down to a reasonable level of confidence from near naricisism is far easier than building up confidence from self-disgust
